What's new

Andrew Wiggins or Devin Booker

Wiggins is also a good player on a bad team. IDK if you have seen their record.

True, but Wiggins isn't taking as many shots as Booker. Booker is quite often taking 20+ shots per game as a primary option.

Wiggins has higher PER, in case you're a believer in that stat.

Year stats mean nothing. Booker only came on in the last couple of months.

I'm sure Booker's March PER is higher.

Wiggins PER is a whopping 16.44, good for 100th in the keague.

Withey has a PER that places him 65th in the league. And Enes Kanter's places him 10th. That tells you what you need to know about PER.

It's a pretty worthless stat tbh. But not as worthless as +/-. I cringe every time Harpring brings it up, which is every other play.

I think PER is a good measure to evaluate offensive efficiency/impact in the 20%-30% usage rate range.

Booker > Wiggins because Booker can actually drop dimes. I'm not sure Wiggins makes his teammates better and Booker is already showing that ability.
