Death Valley is one of the most popular (and, by that metric, SUCCESSFUL) National Parks in U.S. History. So, you've authored another bad metaphor (to make another hurried point).
Guess I should've said some gawd awful forsaken desert stranded with no food or water with buzzards circling above, with death in the air. When you do eventually die they will never find your body because no one in their right mind would go there and your bones would be buried in sand.
How's that for a metaphor, NAOS?!
