Are high speed energy efficient hand dryers in bathrooms...

These things are still common in European public restrooms. I can't imagine how those poor people ever get their crossword puzzles done.

did you ever try and cross the streams?
Not in one of those... outside in the snow or peeing on a fence is the best time to "cross the steam" imo

Whether they're better for the environment or not is irrelevant as the real reason is cost, but they want you to think it's about their concern for the environment. Paper towels necessitate paying for them, ordering them, sticking them, having them delivered, having to have someone go in to refill them, having to pay the health insurance of the guy who refills them, having to pay FICA for the guy who fills them, having to take someone away from their other tasks to to refill them because dude who refills them is on paid sick leave. Having to pay a replacement to refill them indefinitely while dude who fills them is on short-term disability because he pressured his doctor to fill out paperwork because he's too depressed to work and gets anxious going into the bathroom so he needs some time off to recoup with Xanax and oxycodone because he's allergic to Prozac and ibuprofen. So yeah, put that electric dryer in there and have people think it's about concern for the environment. They don't really give a **** about your wet hands, just like they don't give a **** about the environment. At least now you can't say they didn't try to solve your wet hands crisis.

If you notice a lot of hotels now state that, because of their great care and concern for the environment, they won't wash your towels and sheets unless requested to do so.

here's my suggestion for a net webz vocabulary item: Too dismissive; moron alert. . . .

to be useful in the vast majority of forum replies demonstrating zero comprehension of someone else's opinions and too cute about implying other's opinions just don't matter.

nothing I hate worse than messy restrooms with papered floors, walls, and overflowing wastebins.

Those air stream products where you can dry your hands in a few seconds and get on down the road are the best thing since sliced pizza.

now, all we need is universal no-touch restroom doors.
