Congrats to Jeremy Evans, 2012 Slam Dunk Champion!!!

I Have yet to see a pic of Evans doing the Malone tribute dunk. The top view of this dunk would make for a nice picture. imo

I'm a little surprised one isn't available yet.
 
I'm glad he won, but now he'll get a taste of how brutal the national fanbase is.

True Houston is the 5th largest city, but it's only 3rd rate in terms of sports within the state: Dallas and SA have much larger fan bases. Houston will always be a "poor" stepchild to Dallas whether it be basketball or football.
 
This was an excellent dunk contest. No promotional props for once. This dunk contest was an old school look at how the dunk contest should be done. Just raw talent. Jeremy Evans earned this. He was not expected to win I can tell you that. Almost was replaced. Let the haters start doing what they do best. HATE. HATE-AWAY. Jeremy crushed the comp. Start hatin world it get over it.

Your an idiot. Derrick williams with the motorcycle. Old school?lmao you must only be 20. Dunk contest sucks these days and made me fall asleep. Congrats to evans though. Dunk contest needs to be replaces in my opinion. Watered down
 
I was talking about Jeremy Evans win being prop free first of all. My oldest daughter is almost 20 cupcake. Your hard over a computer. Face to face your soft, quit trying to be hard Teddy ruxpin. Lol
 
I feel a little bad about the better than Jeremy hash tag. If he would have just re-set his first dunk or just done it purely on vert (eye level), all 3 dunks would have been good and he wouldn't have got any crap/bad hashes/boos.

I'm not so sure. Having the camera was a good idea, and something for the fans to appreciate, however I don't think he executed that dunk the way he wanted, because the ball ended up being to close to the rim. I would hope Evans is a little more creative then to just come up with a simple catch and reverse dunk.
 
The two ball dunk hands down won him the contest. SI had it on it's front page. Jeremy should get posters made of that dunk and make some money. It was awesome baby!!! I liked the Karl Malone dunk more today. The funny thing about that dunk was the fact that Jeremy had his shirt out of his shorts. All I could think about was Malone saying," Thanks for the tribute, but Karl don't play with shirt hanging out of his shorts."

Should have done this dunk instead of the first one. Basic 360, but he gets his head at the rim and the rotation seems slower than most, so it makes it look cooler.
