Cousins demands a trade!

I seriously doubt Cousins will ever put up the numbers that Coleman did.

If Cousins is acting like this now, how do you think he is going to act toward the idiots that give him a 60 million dollar deal?

Analogy still works. Tons of talent. Bad attitude. Team killer.

Friends don't let friends pick up Cousins.

Whether he demanded a trade or just offered a trade as a possible end to a conflict, he's still a cancer in the locker-room. Any normal non crazy player would have tried to change his attitude instead of demanding/requesting a trade as a sophomore in the league.

I would only do a trade with Sactown if they're only willing to take back Jefferson and/or Bell and/or Miles and/or Harris and I would have to seriously question whether or not I would trade Paul Millsap but maybe, cause now as someone said before the Kings have put themselves in the position to have to not get max offer from other teams cause they are likely to get 80 cents on the dollar because they have created this problem and we are the ones doing them a FAVOR. Cousins is just as mush or more of a definite 20/10 guy, as PKM said Cousins and Kanter are great rebounders and past stats prove that. Cousins has a great jumper and just thinking of having Favors down low to throw it back in if he misses or Cousins does has great passing ability for a big I have noticed watching him at UK and in Sactown, passing it down to Favors for an easy hook would be amazing, not to mention having those to young studs down low on the defensive end, and I will definitely not getting rid of Kanter for him, as Kanter being our third big off the bench would be a perfect big man rotation for many years. All we would need is a pass happy and defensive point guard!

I do not want him because he is punk kid who needs his butt kicked.

Cousins is Derrick Coleman 2.0. Prima dona head cases don't change. It's a fundamental personality trait. Get Cousins, get the drama that inevitably comes with him.

Sports franchises are like the woman who thinks that she can change the abusive man, when no other woman could, if only she shows him more love and attention. Kind of like the song in "Guys and Dolls," "Marry the man today, change his ways tomorrow." In real life, it doesn't work that way. It's more like "Marry the man today, and he'll still be an abusive a-hole tomorrow."

Let's see, second year player who thinks so much of himself that he feels he is in a position to demand a trade because he doesn't play every second of every game and take every single shot, and somehow this is a good thing to trade for? Talk about black hole, on the court and off.

I would throw in the GS pick as well to get him. He was the number 1 talent of that draft and if he had not had coaching issues looming over him he would have been #1 pick. There is a chance he is a cancer but I think the risk is worth the reward. Losing Jefferson would not be that big of a hit. I like Jefferson but Kanter and Favors are our future and would rather see them getting more minutes. I would love to see us trade Milsap for a PG and an old vet big man that could mentor these young kids after that.

Man I hope they avoid Cousins like the plague. If the sign him kiss any chance of developing chemistry goodbye.

Cousins under Sloan and with Deron is an exciting proposition. Cousins on a team bereft of any kind of leadership, identity, or culture and you blow up a team whose foundations aren't even finished being poured yet.

Yesterday I thought LA Lakers as the likely destination, others suggested Boston. Today I think Houston (Rockets and Kings share a family calling plan or something),

or Washington, for disgruntled and slightly crazy Andray Blatchet and Jan Vesey, Nick Young, or something. Let Cousins play with Wall again.

No way Jazz touch Cousins or Blachet, but they could facilitate something for a price.
