Just wanted to post this for those of you who think there is a chance in hell of him coming back here. Just so we can all put him out of our mind for a Utah reunion.

RT @utskipper: @Lockedonsports Will the Jazz have any interest in Deron Williams or vice-versa this summer? This one goes both ways. That door was closed by the Jazz when they traded him to New Jersey but I will also tell you the fans that booed Deron on his return ended any chance of him returning as well. He mentioned that to me when we saw him in New Jersey first thing and wouldn't do a pre-game interview back to Utah because the fans booed him on his return. That chapter is closed

What Deron was really trying to say here is that he thinks David Locke is a terribly annoying interviewer and will use any excuse that gets him out of talking to him.
 
I stated this a long time ago, and multiple times. I knew that as soon as he was booed, he would never come back

Hey we probably wont have a point guard who can run the offense for the next 20 years, but the booing was worth it.

Screw championships, id rather show these players whos boss.

Is there a long pedigree of upper-tier players getting traded and returning to the teams they've been traded from that I'm not aware of? The good news is that everyone can boo Deron guilt free now. Some of you can now step into reality and won't have to pretend he was ****ing John Stockton while he was here anymore and give him hell.
 
I'm still baffled and amazed at how stupid the majority of our fanbase is.

He was booed because to many he is a HOF coach killer.
 
I think out of all the players that deserved to be booed it wasn't dwill. I thought he gave the fans a lot of good years of watching good basketball. Too bad his same attitude for winning is what got him in trouble with the Jerry and the fans. He also made some stupid comments such as how much he thought about dallas when he was in utah and this comment is just as dumb. Not sure what he expected to happen because of the way things where going. Jazz made the right choice and this proves it more.
 
No! Hey, I am with all of you. I dont any players on this team with any kind of fight in them. I want all of or players to be really soft. We cant have any players who have any kind of attitude, you know, like John Stockton.

The nicer the team we are, the better. I know, we can be the super get wet willied team, and balls slapped out of our hands, and the give up and say how great the other team is team.

Maybe our team could just double as the tabernacle choir on sundays since they cant play on sundays. We could also change our team the Care Bears.

Fantastic. What a dick Deron is, he shouldnt want to win, he just needs to be our quiet little church boy missionary, or he cant play for us.

I don't know about anyone else, but I don't want players on my team that are happy to play for a team going nowhere. That was the Jazz last year.

P.S. I think BIG AL is the elephant in the room on this issue. Sloan and Deron couldn't work with him and it took a kind of tense situation nuclear as time went on and Al still didn't know the plays or was simply incapable of executing them.

Ya, its so wrong for Deron to question the legitimacy of Jerry's way doing things, even though the majority of the fan base already was. And how dare he question an idiotic GM who's big improvement moves were Al Jefferson and Raja Bell.

To some extent I sort of agree. But at what point should Deron just buy some Tampax and move on? He is a Drama King.

Haven't been to SLC in a long time, but if Jerry goes back to coaching, I'm making a special trip just to boo the hell out of that quitter. It's no wonder with a losing mentality like that, that the Jazz could never win a ring, even with John and Karl. Damn quitter.
