Dante Exum Averages .2 Steals Per Game

I’d do vegan. I’ve felt great for the short stints I’ve done it. But it kills the wallet and takes up too much tine for me in meal prep to do it.

And oh yeah. I love a killer ribeye, fried chicken, meatballs, veal, burgers, dogs, and most other meat way too ****ing much.

Tyreke Evans, a really good player, was available for any kind of first rounder last’s year. No bites.

After the trade deadline people were impressed the Bulls got a first for Mirotic because no one else seemed to want to give one away.

No one is trading a first for Exum or Favors.

Everybody agrees that eating less meat and more fruits and vegetables are good for you. So cutting down your meat consumption by just 50% would do wonders for your health. But to eliminate all animal products from your diet it is just too extreme for me. I could live without meat or dairy but would never give up on seafood, just too damn delicious.

I do it because ranching is necessarily at direct odds with natural flora and fauna, and because factory farming is every definition of evil. Not to mention how wasteful it is of resources and that it’s a huge biohazard.
It depends. In our climate where we have 6 month of winter all these huge prairies are a wasteland for half the year anyway. You can't grow anything there but raise cattle. So no crops would out compete free ranging cattle when it comes to calorie output per square ft in Alberta anytime soon. And no matter the climate no crops or vegetables would produce as much calories per SQ ft as pig farm. It would be different if human population would be declining but with numbers going up to maintain enough food humanity will depend on animal farming for very long time unfortunately.

The pigs in most cases are eating food raised on other farms. Meat is incredibly taxing of natural resources.

If you wanna make an argument about pigs (and/or goats) eating waste, that is a different conversation. But the overwhelming majority of meat is sustained from ranching (at odds with natural flora/fauna) or commercial feed.

When I was my healthiest and best shape, I was doing vegan weekdays, vegetarian Saturdays, and eat meat on Sundays.

I honestly think for Exum's future in NBA he needs to forget the dream of being a PG in NBA. He needs to focus on being a defensive wing, gain more weight, be stronger and play off ball mostly as slasher and corner 3pt shooter - he has perfect role model in Thabo for that so should just follow his blueprint. It is way more beneficial for the team and him as well. Of course he would need to bump his 3 pt shooting percentage at least to 34-35% as only attacking the rim will only work if you play with other 4 good shooters which never going to happen with Rudy on the floor. As a PG he has no future, period.
No question. His best chance to be the best he can be is to become a Bruce Bowen, Robert Covington type. Hit catch and shoot threes and play great man to man D.

I think he needs to try and do an off-season with a shooting coach like Drew Hanlen to change his mechanics. I get why he hasnt yet. He has barely had any healthy off-season to really work on his game so he probably hasnt felt like he's had the time to do a massive shooting overall, which takes practically an entire off-season.

Yep. Moderation is key. I could maybe limit myself to three meals with meat a week or something.

Iirc correctly I was really strong and in great cardio (peak rowing shape) during my (okay get ready to lol) 50 day vegan stint. I’d obviously built up a base to this point but man I felt great cardio wise.

Good point. He is an above average defensive wing more than a point guard. If we works on his 3pt shot more than driving into the lane he could be in the league for years.

Exum is awful. I really thought this was going to be the year he took a big leap but it's become obvious he just doesn't have it and never will. I hope Lindsey is able to find a team dumb enough to take him at the trade deadline.

Yup, I thought he could be a poor man's Ben Simmons at the start off the season but he's just flat out terrible.

I’m worried, but I think Phoenix or Atlanta would roll the dice.

I’m also hoping for that 5 game stint where a team thinks he’s figured it out and maybe gives us a small amount of value.

Look the best way I can put this. If u all can open your mind. He's never been given a real chance. Injuries were unfortunate. Though when he did have a chance to play he either wasn't allowed to do anything on court to get better. Or yanked for every mistake he did. Kids come into the league to be developed. He was never given the opportunity. Quin has destroyed his mind his confidence. Literally.

He should keep adding strength, work on his shooting and be a poor man's Iguodala.
I agree he has to get a lot stronger. Better shooting. But it's time to move on. Hopefully they can find a trade partner. He needs to start again. And get away from quin. He really can't f### with someone's head anymore than he has with Dante.
