He has cleared waivers.

Could be an interesting pickup. Had a once promising career as 3&D wing were he thrived in Houston's system that got him a lot of open looks off James Harden. His career famously fell off after getting busted for having sex with someone who wasnt his wife during the bubble.
 
He is exactly the kind of player we should be taking a chance. Assuming we can stomach his character issues.

Its wild that he has a little bit of a stigma to him because of this... i mean given the population we are talking about is commonly out there doing this type of thing.

Given the options out there... hells yes. Seeing as CJ Miles just got a deal I imagine House will be signing with someone very soon. Cut Oni... get him on a 10 day if possible to see how it looks... non-guaranteed if that doesn't work... not sure I'd guarantee him but I think he may have that type of deal on the table.

Hey at least he was keeping the infidelity in the bubble instead of trying to sneak someone in. I think he gets some demerit for hurting his team with his personal choices... which I get. It just sucks to have that black mark attached to him... Tyson Chandler was also involved supposedly. Its like the kid that takes a **** at the party and the toiler clogs and people find out about it... from then on he is the kid who *****... when all kids ****.
 
hes a long athletic wing that had some nba success and is now available for free. TBH we could use a couple guys who have some edge... we are a little too wholesome.
 
I actually think he will have his pick of teams like the Lakers and Heat... he might be a fairly hot commodity on this market. So if you can get him you do it.

Quin’s sex machine is already planned out and occupied for the next two years, though. It’s not like you can just throw someone into the mix. He needs to sit on the sidelines and watch.

If there is anyone you can throw into the sex machine and have him figure it out... it will be House.

He plays with an energy and thrust we need. I am going to go ahead and say he can do what we want out of Trent Forrest most nights. If Joe can find a way to be playable defensively every night then I think House should pick up some of those minutes. At least give it a try.
 
As many of these guys as we have had available in the last 2 years, with zero activity from the FO, I highly doubt we'll make any kind of move like this.
 
If he comes cheap, sure. But he's just average on defense, his main strengths are shooting and slashing. I reckon the team has plenty of that already, I'm not sure whose minutes would be better spent on him.
 
James Ennis was dangling around the waiver wire for months and we didn't make a move for him. I doubt we take a chance on House, who's had significantly worse numbers than Ennis

Ennis not a 3pt shooter or defender though.

House was a shooter when he had an elite setup man.
 
Yes. He was probably disinterested with Rockets going through rebuild and him not being an important part of it. He is sure to do better elsewhere.

House is also still in his physical prime. Was solid on a really good Houston team last we saw him in regular rotation minutes on a functional team... was good in the playoffs as well. he will have a new home before Christmas... He'd be worth a shot.

Number says otherwise. House's 3pt shooting for the past three seasons, 36%, 34% and 29%. Without Harden creating for him, his number basically plummeted. Ennis was coming off of good season where he shot 43% from beyond the arc.
 
How has no one signed him yet? There have been tons of replacement players signed because of covid.

Not yet... I am not sure why... I mean Joe ****ing Johnson was signed. I wonder if Brad Stevens is like Doc Rivers.... drafts and trades for players he remembers.... CJ Miles, Jabari (on a real contract), Joe Johnson
