Having a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that Solomon Hill would be the 2nd highest paid player on the Jazz right now at $13 million per year. Behind Hayward, but ahead of both Favors and Burks. If the Jazz were just wanting to throw that kind of money away, I'd have preferred to just keep Kanter.

I'm okay with this - on a short contract and at a reasonable rate. Don't be stupid Utah. Make smart choices now and it could pay HUGE dividends next year and/or the year after. Buyer's remorse is going to be epic and we don't want to go down that road.

2 years 24-30 M is a win IMO... Hill got paid doe and Dudley is better. Hill might be better in a couple years.

I'd rather just go after the low tier minimum type guys... I mean if you offered a 4/12 to James ennis could he turn that down? Is he worse than Solomon hill?

We should immediately offer Bazemore 20 million a year. Sounds like a good plan.

He will get something... Might be a second round pick but I'd rather have Burke for cheap and short term than Augustine for what he got.
 
Jazz should drop up to 14 mil on Crabbe IMO. Might be a bigger need than Deng or Dudley

It's going to be what Detroit got for Meeks, a highly protected 2nd round pick that is constructed so we never get that pick.

Ennis is better than s hill and you get him at nearly a third the price.
 
Conley got paid. Scary amount of money too, NFL players are probably all shaking their heads after seeing these crazy amounts today.

Dallas is almost in that position where they need some names but no players to jeprodize lottery pick standing...Trey would be a nice fit.
