Great vid, thanks for the memories.
I just noticed something in that video. In the last clip of the Charlotte game winner from this past season you can see Sloan telling Deron to go immediately, but Deron wants to wind the clock down and play for the last shot...the warning signs we never saw.
Winning can overcome alot of issues. Losing magnifies them.vslice02 said:If you watch the replay, Sloan, Corbin and Layden were motioning for Deron to go earlier but Deron kept dribbling the ball and ran the clock down under 10 seconds as if the Jazz were tied and not down 1. Normally - since you're trailing - you want to go as fast as possible to maximize possessions in case you don't score - but Deron's attitude was 'No, I got this. Not only am I scoring but you're not getting the ball back with enough time to do anything.'
The past 3 games Deron's been a basketball assassin, and I loved the emotion he showed at the end.
Who knows how Dwill's season will go next year. He will have a ton of media attention about if he is going to sign an extension and stay, or bolt as a one year rental. That could damper his team's chances of making the playoffs and dong well.
After watching Rose and Westbrook's ballhogging, bricklaying, non-clutch performances in the playoffs, To me, Deron is still the best point guard in the league.Holy **** I miss him unbelievably. This draft seriously is make or break, I really hope this trade proves to benefit us. Absolute best of luck to the Nets, and to Deron Williams himself in all of his future teams unless he joins the Lakers of course. Id love to see him in a Jazz uni again some time in the future, hell still always be league-wide #1 PG to me amongst CP3, Rose and the others.

After the regular season I thought it was obvious Derek Rose had surpassed Deron - but Rose's struggles with some rudimentary things like getting doubled at the end of quarters and turning it over have left the door open. Think it's a 3-man race with Rose, DWill and CP3 in some order - and wouldn't be surprised if that order changes each season - but if I had to pick one, I'd pick Deron. After watching Rose and Westbrook's ballhogging, bricklaying, non-clutch performances in the playoffs, To me, Deron is still the best point guard in the league.

Also, what is the song you used?
