Devin Harris To Portland This Summer?

So if Andre Miller is that good, why would Portland trade him? And, if they think Harris would be so good with them, why would we want to trade him?

Portland may actually like Harris has a longer contract because their hands are tied as far as acquiring new players through free agency while Roy is on the books. We would like the option of getting rid of Miller in 1 year if Knight or Fredette is the plan. Again I do not endorse trading with the tycoon Allen.

It seems you missed the 23 posts that mention Andre Miller coming back to us.

Or rather not buying Miller as giving us what we need. I don't see us trading Harris unless something incredibly good comes our way. Seems to me that even with a new coach we run a PG dependent system. I don't think Miller replaces Harris nor does a any of the folks we will have to choose from in the draft.

All of you are really underselling the bad blood between these two franchises. Greg Miller hates Paul Allen, he tried to **** over this franchise not once - twice. Wow how soon some of you forget. There were plenty of other good free agents yet he targeted Utah twice because the franchises limited earnings and war chest. He will be aiming to do it in the upcoming years on Jeremy Evans, Gordon Hayward, and Derrick Favors, mark my words. Nothing makes me happier that franchise will be locked in mediocrity the next 4 years due to Roy's degenerative knees and untradeable contract. That's called karma bitches. Trades are the only way Portland can improve, lets not help them out.

All Portland did was go after two players they really wanted in their system. They were smart in making the contracts very difficult to match. All part of the game.

Utah needs to get batum in any trade with Portland. Yeah Mathews is great but batum lets Hayward play the 2. And Harris>Miller. Again I'd hold out for a package of batum, Babbitt, fernandez and there pick for bell &Harris. Utah picks up depth that's young with potential and then we draft jimmer and Knight then the bpa with the Portland pick. Portland does it because they keep Miller and add another vet in bell

Ummmm...am I missing something? WHY does PORTLAND make this trade?

Portland does this because Babbitt didn't get off the bench, Fernandez needs a change and they couldn't get a 1st round pick for him last year, the pick will be best used packaged with okur contact. And Portland is getting the best player avble in the deal Harris and bell add some defense. Plus it gives Portland some freedom to trade Miller and camby or to waive Miller for the cap relief

...What?

The Jazz do not need more players that can't shoot the ball. We already have enough of those.
