The companies may face fines, which for businesses of this size they'll have no trouble paying and continuing on their way. Meanwhile the little people get rounded up and and their children terrorized.

Well, I wouldn't say he's guilty of anything yet, but that's not the standard for arrest and detainment. Considering his history, it would make sense that he'd be suspected of planning to shoot that place up. Maybe that's the kind of thing they should take a little more time looking into before they put him back on the streets.

The law is a bit more lenient if you have hired an odd illegal immigrant with a fake SS#. If you have hundreds on the payroll, that's going to be a problem. Since they had the raid, I would suspect that there was someone on the inside that will testify. He will also be subject to RICO and civil action. It would be surprising if he has much of a company after this.

The last owner caught like this did 18 months in PMITA prison on top of the restitution.

This is exactly why these people need to be publicly shamed, not coddled or ignored. If this ******* knew he’d lose his job and social status, I bet he wouldn’t be pulling this ****. Let’s stop coddling these racist deplorables.

Also, I agree, red flag laws. This guy clearly is up to not good. The least we could do is take his guns away. Of course, Texas is Texas. I almost expect this guy to buy up a few more rifles and high capacity magazines before he goes off to kill some minorities.

Maybe that will happen in this case but even then there's a chance the powers that be will commute your sentence as Trump did (at the urging of lawmakers on both sides of the aisle) for the owner of a meat packing plant who had a similar raid done at his facility in 2008 where 300 undocumented workers were rounded up.
