I don't know where you are getting this but Turkey's debt has gotten much lower according to this

(Germany and United Kingdom also shown to show comparison). Perhaps I am reading the graph wrong which is possible.
Turkey's inflation rate really decreased.
I don't see having foreign investors to be a negative as it helps develop the country and gets things going. If someone invests a lot of money into Turkey they obviously are going to try and make it succeed in order to collect profits on the investment,
It is not like Turkey is selling off its natural resources to provide a temporary boost to the economy, it is using money to invest develop its private and public sectors.
