-Not a great Trent Forrest game
- Great game from House, I thought he played great defense on Luka for a few possessions.
- Besides the multiple flops that went unrewarded, Royce played extremely hard.
- I think Quin changed up Conley's rotation slightly in the second half. I think he is still playing around with the rotations. We have many more non shooters in the rotation this year, so it will be interesting how the lineups get balanced.

Bench did nothing tonight.
I was sad that paschal only played 8 minutes. zero points, zero rebounds, zero steals, zero blocks, zero fouls, zero turnovers. 1 assist. Maybe its good that he didn't play much. I like him a lot though so I hope his lack of minutes isn't a trend.
Whiteside with only 2 points on 2 free throws. (actually thought he played pretty good though)
House with 6
Clarkson with 13 points but overall pretty empty stats. 1 rebound. Zero assists. subpar efficiency shooting.
Forrest was pretty meh.

Masterclass by Gobert. He’s the best perimeter defender on the team and both Quin and Gobert himself need to be more confident in having him extended out on the perimeter.

Attacking Gobert has always been a bait. It’s when they attack others that’s the issue.

I’ve said that the way to counter people going small is to let Rudy guard the perimeter. This gives pause because the open lane with four other porous guys, but I’m not talking about putting Rudy on the perimeter to guard “his guy,” which is some offensively-limited guy who can punish only by hitting open shots. You have to get more bang for your buck on the trade off of pulling him out of the paint and you need to give him the Ben Simmons perimeter role. Otherwise you’re either just 1) putting him in no man’s land like LAC series and letting them exploit or you’re 2) wasting him if he’s pulled out of the paint and not put on a legitimate offensive threat.

If Nickeil can do anything positive, it seems there's an open door for him. Clarkson and Forrest aren't setting the bar very high.

Didn't get to watch but so happy with the result. Looks like Rudy and Don dominated.

The game was phenomenal I was there in person. Lower bowl. Don played like a boss. Doncic did great too but we won. Wish I could post some video of me haggling mavs fans. Shook hands after the game. Close game but great. Hope we face them in the playoffs. Great game. Yeah. Go jazz! **** yeah!

Great game… lots of praise for lots of guys.

Mitchell was pretty amazing tonight. He had a couple of nice defensive possessions as well.
He has been fantastic ever since he came back from the concussion

This is so apparent when you watch House… he’s the best guy we have navigating screens. Royce and Forrest just seem to stick at times.

With so many screens that get set in the nba this seems like a skill that would be more prevalent and more sought after
