Honestly, based on what the Jazz have now, they need an SF who defends, rebounds, gets out in the open floor and can hit an open jumper. They don't need an iso player or super slasher. They need a hard-working all-around player, which is why Kidd-Gilchrist could be intriguing. I'm honestly wondering if Harrison Barnes would bring more to the table than Gordon Hayward already does for the Jazz.
However, if Quincy Miller emerges as a game-changing offensive player, that would be difficult to pass up, and the Jazz can ask Hayward to do the heavy lifting on defense.
I don't think Paul George is a complete player yet offensively, but he does have some of the same tools that Miller has. Still, Quincy Miller just looks like a better competitor and a more dynamic player to me.
