Following potential 2013 draftees

I am really starting to like Burke. The problem is, he is playing himself right out of our reach. Hopefully the other PG show enough that either Burke falls to us, or we can get them and feel good about it.

Burke struggling to finish inside (again)...

I'd still take him around #18 though, and just let him set up players, hit occasional 3's. He won't be the next Lillard, but hopefully he won't be the next Maynor neither.

What PGs consistently finish inside in the league when the defense is set? Just curious on your opinion compared to mine. What PGs in this offense have ever finished inside? I'll give you DWill but to me he is even only partially a finisher inside in my opinion.

I've never said he should be the 1 pick but if someway somehow we draft around 12 an he is available, to me, he is a very solid fit for our team.

besides with finishers like kanter and favors all he has to do is drive the lane draw the defense then drop it off to them, or get a nice floater if the don't draw in. horny use to be great at that floater off the wrong foot.

interesting article on espn the hot button. they were discussing the pg in this draft that would make the best pro. both agreed that Burke is the best collage pg but McW and smart will be better pro. I watched the videos and I came away more impressed with Burke on watching the highlights then either of the other 2.

I am begging lindsey to draft Burke. think if I play the cancer card with them they would draft him for my boy. :o

Honestly not that worried about finding a PG. They always seem to appear out of nowhere. Look at Lillard last year, Burke this year, etc. PG's are usually plentiful, even though there might not be a ton of 5-star prospects PKM gets hot and bothered over.

Meet me at my place. Make sure you aren't followed.

I'm still not convinced that Burke can be an above average starter in the NBA. Someone convert me.

I feel exactly the same.

He is limited in that he'll forever be 6'0 and lacking that bit of extra athleticism needed to reach the next level. I feel the only way he'll be able to reach that next level is if he develops the combination of dribbling skills, speed and quickness, and offensive moves that someone like Chris Paul had done.

Unless he does that, I also feel he'll be just an average NBA starter...

If you can get an average NBA starter at a position of need in the middle of the first round of a poor draft, you're golden.
