I think I remember this from back when the trade was made. My position from then is still the same. He's a very good player when he's healthy, but he's 28 years old coming off of his second ACL surgery and on an expiring contract. If the Jazz can highlight him here until the deadline he should be the top asset that they could move as a trade piece. They have to pull the trigger if that's the case. The Jazz are going young for now and they shouldn't invest time or money in veteran players until they know what they have in the young guys. It's the same reason that they needed to part ways with EVERY SINGLE veteran free agent last year. The fact that Marvin and Jefferson have played better than expected and should be trade assets is merely a bonus. If the Jazz can get anything of value for any of these guys they need to do it.
