Hayward is 6'8" 220 and not particularly quick laterally. Definitely a SF.
I know, but apparently he is a 2.

at 23 the group I like
tj warren - I like his ability to score. he is a 3pt shot away from being a steal. defense worries me
cleanthony early - I think he could be a complete package kind of player but see him as a solid role player. question his ceiling. do you draft a solid role player in the first round.
Rodney hood - gives us that sweet shooting. I think he is a 3 not a 2. skinniness (if a word) and defense scare me. lack of rebounding too.
jerami grant - he is a 3 pt shot away from being a lotto pick. he is a gamble but if he works hard to get a shot he could be one of the top 10 players in this draft.
with the second round I would love to see the jazz get 2 draft and stash players.
one American player I like is joe Harris. one of the best shooters in the draft. at 6-6 has good size for a sg but small for a sf. I see solid role player potential.
inglis
taveres
micic
bogdonavic
klimenko
jokic
Larsen
would be happy with any of them.
His jump shot is worse than Smart's, and he is a junior, so never a fan.
Elfrid Payton was born 12 or 13 days before Marcus Smart![]()
Meh to Exum.
Let him fall to the Lakers/Boston.
Exum has only scheduled MIL, PHI & ORL. Unlikely to workout below 4 I’m told RT @davidjsmith1232: Any word of a workout with the Jazz?

Everyday. Realistically what more could you want than a solid role player that late?
I see him as A 3 and D guy. Like him at 23. Going to need someone like him.
Not sure where the bold prediction thread is, but I'll make one here ---
If the Jazz are bringing Tomic over, they'll move Favors to PF and strongly consider trading Kanter to Boston (6) or LA (7) for another lottery pick, which they would then use to draft either Smart or Gordon, with an outside chance of McBuckets.
If the Jazz do draft Smart or Exum, they'll strongly consider trading Trey to Sacramento for #8.
Trey could probably land #12.
Kanter could probably land #13.
In all honesty, Kanter isn't enough to get a top-7 pick and Trey isn't enough to get a top-8 pick.
Would anyone trade Trey for Elfrid Payton straight up?

ESPN's @chadfordinsider wrote Jazz aren't as high on Marcus Smart as some. I'm hearing rumblings that the same is true about Julius Randle.
So if the jazz arent high on smart or randle.... does that mean that outside of one of the top four dropping that the 5th pick is between vonleh and Gordon?? Is it a 2 man race?
