Vezenkov with 24pts, 7 rb, 1ast, 1st in 24 mins of play. 10/13 shooting, 2/3 from 3.
A critic would look at Towns' steals-rate and say it doesn't bode well for him being a game-changing player. Maybe he's surrounded by so many defensive-minded players, namely Cauley-Stein, that it could skew the data. I'm not sure though.
I am liking looney more and more. I just wish he was shooting the 3 better this year.
I am surprised no one is mentioning Bryce Alford. he is putting up some crazy numbers this year. if he is 6-3 then he could be an nba pg. 17.8 pts 6.3 assists 38% from downtown. not sure about his defense though
Ugly game indeed, but still entertaining because it's two teams going after it.....not just sitting on the ball mucking things up. Louisville would definitely shoot a better % if they didn't press as much. That's the trade off I guess.

the way UK loses this season if a team gets hot from 3. if a team relies on inside scoring they will get torched.
Exactly. A team will have to hit 10+ 3's. Only way. Our defense is just too good to lose any other way.
Okafor could on yall.
I am hoping he is available in the second but probably not
The game against Texas minus their best player didn't show me that Texas couldn't do the same. Idk, maybe it's just me.Duke is literally the only team that can come close to playing us straight up.. no gimmicks.
So good call.
