Following potential 2015 draftees

Yes. I should have clarified. Many believe Monk has a few inches of growth remaining and he's more of a wing 2/3 and once he gets to the league. Either way, he will be a good one.

I have really been watching Malik Newman lately. His 3pt shot has been deadly lately and if that stays true he is almost unguardable. He has been averaging more than 40 per game and such a stud. Think Tyreke with a killer 3 shot.

Do we have a thread yet for 2017 draftees?

For a little perspective, could someone fit in where like say, the first 6 or 7 picks from 2014 would fit into this draft class? For some reason, I feel like the 2015 class is like 10 deep! But that can't be right.

Just a general idea...

1. Wiggins
2. Parker
3. Okafor
4. Embiid (this low simply because of the injuries)
5. Exum
6. Towns
7. Mudiay
8. Gordon
9. Smart
10. Johnson
11. Randle

Hassan Whiteside with 23 pts. / 16 rebs. / 2 blks / 2 stls in Miami's road win against the Clippers. I think he was in Hayward's draft (2010). Maybe it just takes guys 4 years to put it together.

Makes me like Johnson more. I think Cy might be onto something with Russell though. He's really good and we need more shooting!

Thanks Spycam!

I know you guys say he's a PF, but regardless, I think he's going to look a lot like Luol Deng in a few years. I'm not sure if he's really big enough to be a convincing PF, unless he's an Ed Davis type off the bench.

I agree. my greatest fear would be guarding the 3. I think his shoot looks good enough to keep defenders honest and his handle is good enough to pay if the bite on a pump fake.

I just makes me drool thinking of the front court of Gobert, favors and looney. he can also get a few minutes as a stretch 4.

This is Looney's senior year stats. Even though he probably had a 6'4" defender on him nightly, those assists might be a glimpse he could be a great all around player.

27.9 points, 12.7 rebounds, 8.0 blocks and 7.0 assists per game

Yeah.. those mean nothing, at all. Thanks for sharing though.
(UK has two walk-ons that will never see a minute of action that have close to the same stats.)

Yeah because in HS ball in Kentucky most of the players are inbred and only have 1 leg. Makes it easier for the .0001% of the population that isn't inbred to dominate HS basketball in Kentucky.
