Following potential 2015 draftees

Going off of just character and fit, I still really like Winslow for us. It also doesn't hurt that he's a DUKE guy. But what he brings to the table is exactly what the Jazz is all about.

KKK, what the **** do you know about any of these guy's character? Just stop.

Oubre with the most two-way potential for guys in our range tbh.

I'm starting to come around to this. It doesn't excite me, but with how the Jazz are playing, they're going to have to get lucky in the draft. Thankfully they've got assets to be aggressive and DL has a solid track record picking guys in the draft. I think they'll get a guy with potential and Quin will try to turn him into a difference maker.

His length on the perimeter with Exum and Hayward will only add to our defense, plus his quickness and ability finish at the rim will give us another threat. He should also be able to shoot 3s in the mid - high 30s.

That said, we have Burks and Hood, so I'm not 100% sure the Jazz will go for Oubre. We really need someone who can let Favors and Gobert get more rest.

I honestly think I'd be happy with any of the wings - Johnson, Hezonja, Winslow, Oubre. I think all of them have elite tools and given the ability of our coaching staff to develop players I think they'd have a pretty good chance at developing any of them into a good/great player. Some of them of course are more exciting than others, but I still like certain things about all of them.

I am just so excited about this team. it is been a long time since I have been more excited about the team then the draft. I don't care who we draft. target a good young talent like Middleton and lets make some noise next year.

again.. what difference does it make how each goes about getting the best info? WOJO brings it.

Woj has ultimate credibility in breaking some types of news, such as trades. However, in order to gain that credibility, he completely sold out his credibility as a sports writer. I wouldn't wipe my *** with most of the crap he writes, because much of it is written with an agenda to suck up in order to make sure he's the first one called when there's a trade. He was recently called out on this, especially in regards to some of the ridiculous articles he's written about Joe Dumars and the Pistons. You'd think those allegations would have been enough for him to cut it out with that bush league stuff, but then not long after, he writes an article about how Draymond Green might bail on GS to go play in Detroit. Dude has no shame.

At the end of the day, he's solid when reporting facts, but if those facts are in any way, shape or form attached to one of his hack pieces, I'd question the credibility.
WOJ better than Ford and Givony combined, x5.

I'll take Givony over Woj 100 times out of 100 when it comes to the draft. Woj is the best source for trades and breaking news, but Givony is the draft God.

No.

And it's not some great accolade for you to want to wipe your *** with oneself.

Wait a sec.. Wtf. Woj telling us that a prospect is moving into the top-5, comes straight from NBA personnel.

That's not him telling us he will be good, that's just him handing out facts on what the execs think about him.

Givony falls in love with international players and Ford is just used as a guy to spread smokescreens.

Woj > Givony > Ford

Surprised for sure. I'm a huge fan of his, just super weary of 4th year players in the lottery. Just not a solid track record for those dudes.

Yeah, Lillard is the only recent senior taken in the lottery that really succeeded in the NBA off the top of my head.

I'd still take Kaminsky at #12 doe.

Lillard was actually a medical red-shirt Junior because his 3rd year he sat out nearly the entire season with an injury.

The positive for Kaminksy is that he has improved a lot every year. He only started being good last year, so maybe that means he still has a lot of growth.

A dude like McDermott last year was pretty much the same player he was his last year as he was his Sophomore year. He just increased his usage a tad and his efficiency dropped.

Kaminksy has increased efficiency and usage every year.

I trust Woj with info that comes from a source. I trust Givony with his opinion/analysis of NBA prospects. Givony knows basketball. Woj knows how to polish knobs in order to get the scoop first, and he's the best in the business at it. Obviously, there's a big difference between trying to predict the future, and repeating something from a source, so I give Givony a reasonable amount of slack.
