No you dumbass, I used the facts that he was a good midrange shooter and had success at 3's to prove he was a good shooter.

I can get on board with this but he'd do well to adjust his form... Bring the ball in front of his body and use more shoulders and less arms... It's inefficient motion. Just make it less flingy.

It's okay bro, you can back off Portis now. Nobody will make fun of you. Just man up realize you were wrong and move on. Once you do we can actually have some decent conversations about potential prospects.

Problem is Green shot over 250 threes in college and shot a good percentage.

Can any of you uneducated people tell me that is a slow release?

I understand anyone questioning his ability to extend his range, that is a legitimate opinion. To say he has a slow release or has been a bad shooter is just flat out wrong.
 
Lololol I have only gotten neg rep'd three times in all of my time here on Jazzfanz.

All three are from Cyrannosaurus Rex.

Sorry I didn't watch his whole career but it only took a shot or two for me to determine it was weird. Honestly I watched the two Kentucky games and he basically **** the bed so DX was all I was left with.

He negged me too... Funny thing was ive said a bunch of positive stuff about Portis. I just doubt his shooting form can be extended.

I only neg post that are neg worthy. I don't care about disagreeing with me, but be smart about it. HH made a few good post and a few awful ones.

People on here trying to say Portis has a slow release (cause this just in guys, when you are doing shooting drills on a new shot you take your time to focus on your form), I show in-game evidence of quick releases.

Which one was awful... The one where I said I watched his highlights and saw his shooting form was goofy... Go back and check it... I said as much at the time I watched the videos... No one cared enough to talk about it in detail.
 
I still like Portis and haven't changed my draft board. A guy with Portis' size, speed and feel is going to have an impact. He's just not a floor stretcher past 20 feet yet. Lyles probably can't shoot NBA 3s either right now.

It definitely look a lot quicker there

I don't really know if he's gonna be good. Just got give you crap.

My biggest qualm with him is he kinda weird with I play mad thing.

That shooting drill did not look good either. You gotta admit that.
