Diallo is not a great shooter but if you feel you can make him e better shooter then he is worth the gamble.
He is a horrendous shooter.

If you want a 4 or 5. I think it's pretty bad for wings/guards
We are decent on the wing... assuming we keep Hayward. I'd say we are in the market for the types of players available.

Walt Perrin high on Kuzma.
Out of curiosity how many players have the jazz drafted that Walt Perrin has publicly said he was high on?https://espn700sports.com/interviews/walt-perrin-utah-jazz-pre-draft-workout-5-23-17/

Diallo is at least 2 year project. Don't count him as a contributor at all for the next couple of years.
I'd rather the Jazz develop Frank Jackson as a versatile combo-guard.
As the Draft gets closer and the interview with Dennis Lindsey yesterday saying he thinks Jazz get better internally as oppose to anything radical.
My new #24 ,SG)Terrance Ferguson.......a replacement for Alec Burks if he doesn't recover his superior athleticism back
#30 ,C) Jonathon Jeanne ........ another French Center to back up Rudy Gobert, when Stifle Tower #1 comes off the then Stifle Tower #2 comes in
Frank Jackson coming
Frank Jackson is scheduled to work out for the Jazz on Saturday, May 27, KSL.com has learned.
The Lone Peak High School graduate spent one year at Duke coming off the bench, but hired an NBA agent on May 12 to indicate that he's staying in the draft. Like Kuzma and Mika, he's a second-round prospect, though recent buzz has him moving closer to the first round.
That's thanks to impressive workouts at the Combine, where he impressed with both his athletic testing (first in the shuttle drills, third overall in the standing vertical leap, and fifth in the three-quarter court sprint) and in the game he played in (13 points, 6-10 shooting).
I'm still intrigued by Caleb Swanigan... especially if we got him in the second round. Clearly a worker, rebounds, shoots, good passer, he is likely Kanteresque in the PnR, but if Kanter could shoot 40% from 3 and was a good passer would you want him.
