Following Potential 2018 Draftees

Depending on where the jazz draft I could be all aboard a khyri Thomas draft.

He plays bigger then he is
He rebounds well for a guard
He is always looking to push the temp.
Takes guarding personally
Is a good 3 point shooter
Decent passer

Really solid prospect and all you said about him is right but not sure how he fits with the Jazz. Unless your giving up on Exum and then sure Heck ya a backcourt of Mitchell and Thomas could be ferocious on the defensive side.

To move up like 3 or 4 spots? Maybe Tony Bradley if a team really likes him.
You think someone going take a stuff like Bradley to move down in this top loaded draft. Talk about over valuing players again
let's just say some miracle happens and the Jazz win one of the top 3 picks in the draft, who would be your top 3 picks?

JJJ Can Shoot it and has lateral quickness. A Frontcourt of JJJ And Gobert os downright scary.

IMO, Thomas is the best 3 and D player in college basketball. And i think his game translates well to the association. I wouldn't be surprised if he measures at about 6'4" with a 6'11" wingspan.
Your going be disappointed then when he measures at six foot two. I have stood next to him and I'm six foot three and I was taller then him barely. Super duper long arms however. hangs down to his knees!

March performances can often unfairly skew an overall evaluation, but for a potential role players like Evans, proving how he can contribute to winning deep into the NCAA tournament could certainly continue to boost his stock.

Evans has come a long way since arriving in Cincinnati as a "little chubby 17-year-old kid, wide-eyed, wanting to learn," according to the Louisiana native who comes from a football family and military background. The former RSCI No. 125 recruit has made incremental improvements every season, and he is playing more on the ball as a junior, regularly initiating offense in the half court. Evans grew up playing on the ball since he first started taking basketball seriously in eighth grade, and that shows in his feel for the game and sound overall court vision.

"I try to study everybody," Evans said. "I don't want to just be a shooter. I don't want to just be a rebounder or a defender. I want to be a basketball player. Basketball player you gotta be able to dribble, pass, shoot and defend and also rebound."

While the improved on-ball skill is a plus (17.9 percent of his offense coming in pick-and roll, according to Synergy), Evans figures to make the most impact at the NBA level as a spot shooter and defender in the 3-and-D mold. He can be a bit streaky as a shooter, but he has excellent balance and rotation on his jumper, which has shown in his 40.9 3-point percentage on 4.4 attempts per game, his second consecutive season over 40 percent. Evans can also make occasional isolation pull-ups against switches, but he plays mostly at one speed and isn't the most dynamic shot creator or finisher, as evident by his 47.9 2-point percentage.

Defensively, Evans is tough and competitive, with the lateral quickness to guard 2s and some 1s, and the frame to check big wings as well. His size, length and strength allow him to slide up in smaller lineups and guard 3s and 4s without too much of an issue, which gives him great versatility in today's NBA. The Bearcats rank second in the NCAA in defensive efficiency according to Kenpom.com, and Evans figures to carry that with him at the next level.

"My dad, he was in the military. Discipline, that was key," Evans said. "I love coaches like [Mick Cronin], being tough on you. That brings the best out of you, especially if you can be strong-minded." --Mike Schmitz

Evans is basically the prototypical Snyder player.

Love what I just read about the kid. His thoughts on his game, the military background. I'm sold.

Guys that have a mature approach, work hard, and are intelligent are going to succeed more and more as the nba gets smarter.

A lot of good personality qualities to go with the basketball stuff.

I think I’d rather have two picks in the 20s in this draft than one in the early teens. Few guys I can see being solid from 20-35 and no one I’m super sold on in the 12-18 range.

Nah. Set the board and pick your guy. Better to have a sure fire chance to take a player you love inside the top 20, than to get stuck with whoever is left and hope your guy(s) fall.

I am getting more and more sold on Killian Tillie. The dude is very skinny but he is getting better and better as the season has gone on.

He is a dark horse pick for the jazz. He is a good shooter that is from France (can't dismss the Rudy connection)

Do you like every American?

I still like Knox, both Bridges, Lonnie Walker and Zhaire Smith in 13 - 17 range. Those are all starter quality talents. I think I'm mostly okay with Troy Brown too--he's good at several things though not really elite at any that I can tell. I worry about his shooting, but think he's young enough to fix it.

FWIW, Tillie is French and played with their U19 national team. Tillie passes better and might defend a bit better than Jerebko. He might shoot a bit better too, hard to tell.
