Hey look it worked out for me a lot in high school... second choice ain’t bad.
I'm not sure the Nets can sign Kyrie + D'Angelo + Tobias. They can only clear two max slots. Either Tobias or Russell would likely be let go and could be gettable. Of course, that guy could also go to Indiana or Dallas.
I would be utterly shocked if Russell's first choice after being dropped from Brooklyn would be Utah.
I think it's Harris or bust for Utah. I just don't think a guy as young as Russell is picking Utah.
Jazz better hope like hell KD goes to Brooklyn because if he doesn't, Utah is ****ed.

Why the **** is Bol being discussed? He’ll be a backup C at best, is already known as having injury concerns, rail ****ing thin, and imo, just not that good.

PPL are (weak-minded) consumers, slaves to branding, PGAB is a brand y'all decided you would reject long ago, and u've dug ur feet in the ground... Which is just where i want ya, thats why ppl respond with pictures and vague bs, they can't refute or debunk my **** thoroughly, so they instead sit there like the lil monkey toy with the cymbals making noise...
- Do you actually trust other peoples perception of time??? I sure dont... If you knew my story, it's one quite like in basketball where Steph curry pulls up from 40-feet and u think "oh thats a terrible shot" then it goes in, and ppl react accordingly...... and i've been making em ever since, no one questions me at all these days, infact they do this perverse complacent type of queer behavior..
One of the things I'm most certain about is ppl's perception of time gets super warped by "being on and off the clock"
See i'm never off the clock, I've come to learn this is a great advantage... Believe it was James Bond who said his greatest advantage is he never quits...
-Even when I come here for a breather, to post about a hobby, I'm still on the clock... I am discussing topics with ppl who are off the clock (or their at their jobs and on this site mentally in off-the-clock mode), this is also known as ESCAPISM (Great Keith Murray song from the early 90's btw)...
In a hunter-gatherer society, my archetype is quite useful. in 2019 ppl are far too impressed with themselves to listen, until of course i show them how much $$$ I have, and then they turn to a puddle of **** and will do anything you ask..
PPL for the most part would be vastly better off if they didnt understand the concept of the future, like all the other animals on this planet. It causes them far too much undo stress. you can really see this in these threads, year after year, like clockwork...
The nature of this conversation is much more exploratory for most ppl here, for me it's more like the old chris rock routine about not hitting women but it's ok, sometimes, to grab em and shake the **** out of them...
I watch 1,000 games.. and I did last year, and the year before that and the year before that and the year before that and the year before that and the year before that and they year before that and the year before that and the year before that and the year before that and the year before that and the year before that and the year before that and the year before that, and probably the year before that... and yet ppl here have actually convinced themselves they've disarmed my arguments with semantics... How ****in silly that is?

PPL think because their alarm clock wakes them up, and then they complete the tasks they've set up for themselves like bowling pins, that their some master of time, their really impressed with their output.... No, that means u bust your *** to just keep up with time, if you took a walk in my shoes, you'd fall flat on ur face immediately, the pace i keep is that of a beast, not a man.
I am literally reading a book right now as I type this... Did I mention I do the jobs of 20 men all by myself, with ease? I am the creative strategist and all the pawns and everything in-between..

Cuz the craziest part of all these posts and all these years, is it feels like still ppl wanna have some huge disagreements on what the elements are... It's an inexact science, but lets not make it like this is some incurable disease levels of impossible...
the way the word "intangibles" is used on this topic is bunk, the "intangibles" are all tangible really, its not the right word...
I also absolutely hate the word Talent. Talent is on a list of words I only use to bring up how it's misused. Watching all these sports all these years has convinced me more than anything else, that talent is a lie, or that peoples perception of talent is this bloated all-encompassing way of putting giftwrap and a bow on somethign they dont truly understand.
I think for the most part when people say talent they mean Aptitude.
It's like the george carlin routine about all kids being exceptional....
Because he's 7'2, has long arms, can handle like a guard, is mobile for his size, and can shoot the three.
He has flaws. But every prospect does. Especially at 23. I'm not sure he'll be good on defense other than blocking a shot here and there. He doesn't give great focus or effort on that end at times and his pick and roll defense is sketch. His lack of strength could be a problem down low too.
But he could be a beast on the other end. He has matchup nightmare potential.
And I don't think that backup C is his ceiling. I think that's his floor. All assuming he's healthy of course.

Bol Bol was great in the games he played.
In the 9 games he played, he was the 2nd best player in the country behind Zion. Averaged 21 and 10 on 63% TS, including 52% from 3 on 4 attempts per game. 4 bpg for good measure. Dude was dominant.
If no health concerns, you take him top 3. With the health concerns, as long as he checks out from a health standpoint and you have a reasonable hope that he can be healthy long term, you absolutely take that risk at 23.
And i hated him as a prospect coming out of HS.

When he gives any indication he wants to sign with Utah, sure.
With Harris we have rumors of interest from Harris.
We have nothing of the sort other than he is friends with Mitchell. If that's all it takes to sign free agents, then Utah will have any FA they want. Not the way it works though.
