Game #10 : Lakers at Utah, Wednesday 01/11/2012 7:00 PM MST

Yeah Gordon is in that sophomore slump it seems. The team is playing exciting and competitive basketball though. Agree about Kanter- he's just so strong even against size like Bynum. Favors is just having a good time out there and Millsap is presenting a clinic.

I hate the Lakers!!! Gordon will turn it around in the second half. He'll start knocking some shots down or get some going to the cup! He's still creating for others though.

We need to limit their o-boards in the 2nd half and we should be good. I like the way we're playing!

Hayward, Hayward, Hayward.. I can't see him getting this many minutes for long. I'm not sure why the guy can't hit an open jumper this year.

Streaky shooter and chicken when he gets to the rim.

Count down to the hate thread begins....3.....2....

millsap is just incredible tonight. Defense, passing, driving, shooting, everything.

Jefferson needs to stop shooting and needs to start playing defense. Unfortunately, he has never done any of these.

There cant be a better player than Millsap with his size and his salary

Call me crazy...I think Enes Kanter is already one of the 5 best defensive bigs in the league. On limited minutes, he's looked really good against Bynum, Aldridge, and several other very good NBA bigs. I can't wait until he gets 30+ minutes a game.

Including me, everyone thought he would be a better offensive guy than defensive, but he seems the opposite so far. Yet i expect an offensive outbreak at some point

props for the jazz actually battling tonight.

However, it's upsetting that we're only up by 1.

Corbin's decision to bring the starters back in that 2nd quarter was weird. Hayward has sucked. And Jefferson is just a momentum killer with his lack of defense and terrible offensive decisions.

Kanter, awesome.
CJ provided energy.
Earl, same ol earl. Too bad he didn't get that call.
Favors, good.
Millsap, our MVP.

If we can keep the Lakers on the perimeter while controlling the boards, refrain from turning the ball over, we should be able to make just enough points to pull this one out...

I was having this same conversation with a co worker today. One on one I agree but he has aways to go regarding help D and team D. I expected the opposite from reviews of him prior to the draft. Call me pleasantly surprised and happy.

He knows his best chance is to just hold his ground and try to push his player out a little. He doesn't get off balance and fall for silly fakes like most rookie bigs.

Ellos estan diciendo que los Jazz necesitan "get nasty". Donde esta mi amigo Northeast cuando lo necesitamos?
