What's new

Game 2: The Redemption: Utah Jazz @ Denver Nuggets (12/28/11, 7pm MST)

So I couldn't watch or listen, but I saw the jazz were down by about 6 points half way through the 2nd quarter. Then I see the half-time score with the jazz down by 17. What happened?

The vets and no D. None. Not even bad attempts.

We don't have a point guard. That's a major issue. MAJOR. I'm starting to not be as concerned about having that bumbling idiot Corbin as coach for now.

I though a good SF or a shooting wing would be our biggest need but I am quickly leaning more towards needing a PG.

we are much better at rebounding when kanter is in the game, even if he cant rebound he opens up space for millsap

Remember when you were a kid and you had a hard-*** teacher whom your whole class feared? And then he retired and you got a new teacher who was young and fun and liked the same bands you did and called everyone "buddy"? And you were so relieved that you didn't have the old guy anymore? And then a few years later you got to a higher level of education and suddenly realized that the fun guy taught you jack all?

Sure, he could shoot the breeze and make you feel all warm and fuzzy, but he taught you nothing about differential equations at all. And the old guy might have been a mean SOB, but he actually did know his stuff, and he knew how to teach it to you?

Yeah, that's kinda how we'll all be feeling this season.

Dammit put in Burks, Tinsley and Kanter and let them play for the rest of the game.
It's a L anyway

Man these refs are letting them bump and hack the Jazz, not that it matters in the final outcome the Jazz will still lose.

Also not saying the Jazz would win with him but this is what the Jazz D looks like with no AK, they could really use his passing as well.

Jazz Ticket Office is probably being flooded at this point with calls for season ticket purchases and renewals as well as people trying to nab tickets to see this 2-3 times per week.

Somewhere in the middle of a cornfield, laying on the back of his tractor and looking at the stars, an ex-coach -- with wisdom that surpasses that of all of us idiots -- is blissfully unaware that the Jazz are even playing tonight.
