Maybe we could go after Mbah a Moute on the Bucks and his lockdown defense. Does his 25% shooting from downtown really matter?

Not to me. Trade Big Al by far. Here is one reason why (not the only one) attitude. Big Al showed that he is just to nice of a dude for the next level. You could see it in how he played and what he said.

Trade Big Al...

He's a defensive liability, a black hole, never boxes out, has no leadership, and will demand a ton more money than Millsap.
 
I love Millsap cause you know he will give his all but I hope this playoff experience will help him realize maybe on a winning/playoff/contending team he is a 6th man of the year type player. Or even better yet he goes all Mansap and develops yet another facet to his game (like a consitent 3pt shot) and proves everybody wrong yet again.

Hayward also had a rough series, he is younger and a lot more unproven and inexperienced but I hope this has a similar affect on him in that if he does want to be a starter what he will have to work on to be a starter on a playoff team.

Corbin even if he coached perfectly the Jazz wouldn't have won more than 1 maybe 2 games although I guess maybe the games would've been a little closer (mostly game 2). I hope this helps him and KOC see the weaknesses and strengths of the team and work towards improving one and playing towards the other and with his first real training camp gets to stretch his legs so to speak and see a bigger growth of him as a coach.
 
The only positives I can see are:

that Favors started to shine as the series went on

It showed who needs to be gone form this team. Big Al and Howard specifically. (I'd add Miles and Bell but they didn't play in the series).

What is this, regular season, or series stats?

Parkers 23% is terrible.
Any Jazz player shooting Jackson's 31% would be crucified for that on Jazzfanz.
Would guys like Leonard, Green, Neal, Bonner be shooting the 3 like that if they played for the Jazz? I doubt it.
I wonder what goes on at Jazz practices.

Speaking in a manner of pure volume then no. But they would make opposing teams stop collapsing the paint every 5 seconds. That would enable our bigs to get to work. basically pick your poison. A very dominate offense in the paint or a group of perimeter shooters that can light you up when needed.

you think someone can come in and take one 3 point shot a week and shoot for a good percentage, for example..
It is not an accident that the Spurs make a lot of 3s, they prepare for it, and plan for it.

I am sorry I missed the part where you knew the inermost workings of the team. Or the players themselves.

Seeing as how you do not know it is called conjecuter. Look it up. You may very well be right but you do not know. This is really not something to even fight over. Get some self confidence you jackwagon.

sorry I don't kiss the azzes of the people who post here the most and keep saying stupid things non stop like stoked and numberica, while attacking the people who try to keep things logical.

There is a reason you are attacking me here, it is because you made stupid point after stupid point in another thread, and it is easier for you to say this here then to support your stupidity in the other thread.
 
I will spell this out , since it does not seem to be clear. There is causality relationship between volume of 3 point shots taken and the percentage of 3 point shots made. It is very difficult and unlikely to shoot a good percentage if the volume is low. They are not independent outputs. This is one of many reasons why the Spurs players would likely not shoot as high a percentage if they were playing for the jazz.

Liar. Also I did not attack you intitially. All I said was that was conjecture and it is. Cry and scream about logic, idiots and basketball all you want. Your point is still conjecture and there is nothing you can do about it.
 
It is not conjecture because I have played enough basketball and watched enough basketball to recognize factors that influence shooting percentages, whereas you pull stuff out of your butt, and play word games just to annoy people .
