Game Thread: Utah Salt Tankers VS. OKC Thunder Nov. 24th 5:00 PM MT

I think i know the exact play you refer to. Adams turned half way around during the screen and the official was looking right at it. Just seconds after calling Kanter for moving on a screen. Adams is a rookie, WTF!

Did Ian Clark make that pass off the backboard or is that a turrible layup?
Well, if he was trying to make a pass off the backboard I think he completely missed that too. The ball just traveled in a big arc over the top of the rim. Rudy was looming on the other side and put it back where it belonged.

Well we haven't had a loss as bad as the bulls did tonight. They lost by 39.

That is only because we are usually down by 39 at early in the 2nd quarter and the other team has their D-leaguers in a taxi coming over to play the 2nd half.

Britton Johnson isn't as experienced ,he was very critical of the jazz and said that the players and coaches mailed it in. He went on to say the Jazz couldn't get good looks because of the thunders defense, but the explained that all the thunder did wad switch everywhere....daring the jazz to beat them. He scoffed at them, saying it was a defense scheme that took no preparation and that it was something you'd see in 6th or 7th grade basketball. But the jazz couldn't beat it.

Did he indicate why they could not beat it? Coaching or player talent?

Jazz had plenty of open shots in the first half been when you keep missing them how can you blame the coach for that. Now Ty needs to be blamed for his rotations but when guys shoot 25 percent in the first have with way too many TOs how do you expect them to win.

I think that coaching has a lot to do with shooting percentages. Setting up your players and your offense to accentuate their strengths, get them the shots they are good at. Pops and Phil have always been great at this. Also, it seems that coaches like that also instill some extra confidence or something into their shooters and they make shots and make big shots. They have both had a lot of roll players shoot extremely well for them.

In addition, their is insistence on working to get better. Did Burks actually go through the summer without a shooting coach? If he had one, it does not show. His form is horrendous and speaks to horrendous coaching. And free throws? Can't you at least get them to shoot free throws? Jazz were something like 9-22 at one point last night. Again, horrendous.
