I never said our team is anything special. We have a stagnant offense, which is easy to scout, read, and defend. Either resulting in people getting stuck in traffic and throwing it away or plays breaking down because the defense is set and ready for it.

There is very little improvisation in this offense as you claim as the source of the turnover issues. The extent of improv is basically limited to iso after nearly every play breaks down (my point - simple predictable ineffective offense)
 
Turnovers are the result of lazy play and player performance. Not the offense it's self. The thought that turnovers are happening at the rate they are due to how simple the offense is is complete moronic and idiotic. Don't be a complete idiot.

How does a player who is a laid back type or a committed franchise player type is automatically not hungry enough to win?

I know, it's his facial impression. Well as much as he looked calm until now, he also has shown that he will not take **** from nobody until now.
