GAMETHREAD: Jazz hosting Lakers - 1/16 7pm (mst) ROOT

Improvement this game from Dante. I've seen him drive to around the free throw line twice before kicking out for open-ish 3s. Drive to free throw line is definite improvement from never venturing inside 3pt line. (not saying that sarcastically either haha)

He had a completely open lane to the rim in on of those and he just turned away and took it out of the paint... :(

Harpring and Boler said he had an open lane on that one... even though I'm not sure it was completely open. Still, it definitely wasn't the toughest shot to navigate for a layup. Should've tried it at least

Here is the table:

How the living hell did Nick Young get so much respect from the refs. It was sickening to see him get 3 "fouls" on three 3 point attempts (though his foot was on the line for one of them).

And Gobert should be starting with Favors. It's way too obvious.

If Trey learns how to pass. Dante learns how to pee standing up. Rudy learns a 10 foot jumper and Enes learns how to be on a different team. The Jazz will win a championship.

awww i wanted to see favours get another 20/10 game :(

edit: my stupid autocorrect keeps changing favors to favours. every damn time.

Didn't we have like 9 turnovers at half time? And we ended with 12? That's a damn fine 2nd half for taking care of the ball.

i'm doing my masters in michigan now haha. it says my keyboard is set to american english too, so i don't know why it changes to that

In Ann Arbor?

Just curious because I know of an extremely ****ty basketball team there currently

Westbrook finished with a massive triple-double. Like 16 points, 16 assists, and 15 boards, or something close to that.

Hoping someone puts up a Haygod highlight video from this game. Looks like he performed well

We had 20 more shots than they did, although somehow we had 21 fouls called against us while they only had 9.

The 20 extra shots is huge, even though we shot a way lower percentage.
