When they let him get the ball at the top of the 3 pt line or key and turn to the basket for passes should be interesting. Right now, all he does is keep his back to the basket and pass off. He looks like he could make some nice passes now, and that wingspread would help.

Question: does Trey ever get an assist passing to Hayward? Seems like he ignores hay completely instead of trying to set up our best shooter.

LOL, I usually don't put a lot of stock in plus/minus but the thought did cross my mind last night that Kanter might be on the verge of setting a record.

On Kanter's first shot attempt of the game he took a fade away 12 footer. Off the miss, the guy guarding him (Green) actually beat him down the court by about 3 or 4 steps for an easy lay-up. That's ****ing bush league man. You can't let that happen and be a starting player in this league.

Gobert is starting to show a knack for passing to the other big and players cutting to the paint when he is at the top of the key.

I think he was saying that kanters -27 number was not just kanter playing bad defense...... it was a combination of all the jazz players as a unit sucking on offense, while at the same time, the warriors got hot...... and also some bad team defense.

In other words, the plus minus stat doesn't tell much of the story

As I said before through 3 quartes GSW was 20 of 39 from the floor. So they were hot even when Gobert was on the floor. They just got super hot starting the 3 Q. Gobert also played the whole 4 quarter that improved his defensive ratings and probably his +-.

And btw, I am all for Gobert starting and trading Kanter.
