What's new

GameTHREAD: Wed - Nov. 20th – 6pm ROOT --- JAZZ@ Pelicans

But why should the players get mad at the organization. All they did was give the reigns to them. Who is to blame for the losses? Are they not capable of winning NBA games? I love the tank. But if our young guys are thinking, "Man we must be tanking, because they started ME and i'm terrible. I hate this FO." Then they shouldn't be in the NBA.

Well they only signed john lucas the third and then 3 golden state players who had a combined like 3 points last year as their average. Our young guys have played pretty well over the 12 games and have kept up with most teams, it's when Corbin starts putting in everyone else, like Harris and lucas. Really though this team just needs a lot of experience and some role players to be half decent.

They are more likely thinking, "They started that other guy alongside me and he's terrible, and look at who they're having coach us." I completely agree that any player worth having on our team can get through this, but I definitely feel like the team would benefit from better leadership/coaching than they are getting. I hate seeing them fold their tent so easily, game after game. I think the best case scenario would be that Corbin resigns and Sloan steps in to finish the season, but I know that's very unlikely to happen. I think these guys could learn a lot from him.

Good point. I think it well help Hayward to come down to earth when it comes to money. He will look at his game and win total at the end of the season and hopefully will realize that he is ain't 12mil player.

There have been a couple games where Favors or Hayward could have legitimate gripes, but just a couple. If Kanter and Burks are complaining at all they can pound sand.

Unfortunately Corbin does not have that many choices on who to sub in. Lucas, Gobert, Harris, Garrett and Williams at this point. There is no one else.

Where in the world is biedrens? I sat behind the jazz bench the other night and couldn't see him. Is 'ankle injury' the jazz way of saying Betty Ford rehab center?

True but the point still stands. Clark is the same level of talent as what Corbin is using.

Hopefully it is their way of saying "Biedrins is at home in Europe".

Woot woot!!! Evans and Burke!!!! Nawlins we are coming!!!!!

GO JAZZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well great news that Burke and Evans are back. Jazz definitely need to guard Anderson tonight because he has destroyed us in the past.

Not expecting much so another loss unless the Jazz jump on the Pelicans quick. I see a 9 pt loss.

Well that sucks. He's been easily our 3rd or 4th best player this season.

I'm down with tanking. But it's getting to the point where we can't even be competitive anymore with so much injury.
