Go GET Teague

I am. 8 points and 4 assists. Don't be so ****ing impressionable. Teague is borderline all-star level player.

It's his increased aggressiveness and 2/3 from the 3pt line that I like. He's starting to understand how to be relevant in this league.

He's rising.

Changed my mind, I don't think we need Teague.

Neto's our man.
Dude we could have them both.

Neto and teague > neto and trey imo

This ^^^^

It's not Neto that we need to upgrade, it's Burke. Gotta think that a change of scenery would be good for Trey too. He looks like he knows his days in Utah are numbered. Still have to admire his professionalism about it all.

Teague would be starting PG, so it is Neto we would be upgrading. I don't know if Neto would be an upgrade over Burke in the second unit.

Trey has looked disengaged... Think he is moved no matter what. He's quit.

Doesn't matter - if The Jazz reach .500 by the AS break this trade is probably dead unless ATL is willing to give Teague away. Which is doubtful being there are at least a few suitors out there for him.

Neto and teague > neto and trey

Neto and teague > neto and trey

Obviously. I just find it funny that after a few decent games from Neto, some fans are ready to settle. I guess that's what half of a decade of horrendous PG play will do to you.

I can't believe that anyone would want neto to start over teague.

I've been a homer since we drafted him, and was so stoked we brought him over. However even after recruiting him on my fantasy team the only thing I found I admired about him other than his accent was his consistent effort and nagging on defense. Hey, that's our identity so he's not doing it wrong! Gotta remember it's a new league, played differently at higher level. Recent highlights re-attach homer contacts, I have faith he'll become more consistent with his shooting and become a reliable pg. In-fact if we acquire Teague, I think there is a good possibility that we are going to have to start a thread on who should be our back-up. Time will tell!

p.s. totally for acquiring Teague. He's a great scorer in a position we need that we can possibly get at a good price. Look at what QS is doing with unknown talent, I'm sure he can alter Teagues game to perfection for the Jazz system. Weather that be defense or offense.

One Love said he didn't want Teague now that we have Neto. It's what started this whole conversation.
I think he knows he is wrong about that.
Allot of people just have a really hard time saying they were wrong.

You would have to be a dumbass to think neto > teague.
I think triple K just got caught up in neto's good play lately and typed his post with very little thought or reflection on the subject and then dug his feet in when called out, like allot of us do, even though he knew he was wrong.

Lots of assumptions there by myself but I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt.
Can't believe he really thinks neto > teague

I don't want Teague for two reasons. #1. I want Exum to start and get the experience he needs. Due to the injury he's already behind the 8ball as it is. I am one of the few fans that believe in Exum and his high potential. #2. Because of his high potential, and my belief he will be great, I'm not willing to waste assets or picks just for a barely above average pg that had an over achieving year last year, and has come back to reality this year. This year is more of who Teague is more then who he was last year. I don't believe he impacts the Jazz this year that much more, or does anything to convince Hayward to stay.

This team is looking very good I'm not messing with the rebuild in its twilight. Also, I'm a big on Burks who will be that guy that impacts the Jazz when he gets back in two-three weeks. Don't think posters here realize the value he brings to the Jazz as a combo guard. Which also allows us to play our high impact playmakers more minutes each giving the Jazz something different. I am a firm believer in our cake baking, let it rise. Let this bitch rise.
