What's new

Go GET Teague

To their peril. They're gunna be stuck with Zingus and nothin else. Melo needs to go yesterday.

Marvin Williams scores 9.7 point per game on 40% shooting. We can only hope Hood aspires to be this good some day.

Hood is already a "serviceable" starter. He's already much better than Marvin Williams.
Favors has and continues to improve every season.
Hayward is improving every year
Jazz have hit gold the last two years in the late first round.

You are over playing your hand trying to make a point.

Due to favors, Burks, Gobert, and exum injuries

Already is more than a serviceable starter.

Carry on
Come on guys, it's just Frank being Frank. Nothing to see here. Don't feed him

Frank put Marvin over Hood!?

Sent from the JazzFanz app
Frank either trolls with almost every post, or he really doesn't like anything about the jazz or their players very much.

I'm not certain which but I'm going with troll

Ah, the unabashed fanboy pretending to play the voice of reason again.

Y'all know I'm right about this, but per usual, you're unwilling to admit it to yourselves and will soon look for someone to throw under the bus.

Either way, we all know this team needs to be rebuilt. Well, those of us who want a championship do.

I'm really liking Franklin right now. He's spot on.

You think marvin williams is better than rodney hood too?

2003-2008 Pistons - 1 chip
1997-2015 Spurs - 5 chips

The formula does work. It has been proven to work. Now the Jazz has not had the success of the Spurs but the formula is the same. Jazz could certainly turn out to match the Pistons as far as success though.

haha.

The Spurs tanked for Duncan.(Something the Jazz would never do)

The Spurs traded a good player for a draft pick because they saw an opportunity. The Jazz traded money for Gobert, but he was cheap, and the Jazz would never trade a good player for a better player. With risk involved.(ala Hill for Leonard)

The Jazz would never bring in a guy like Rasheed Wallace(Which the Pistons did to get over the hump)

Those aren't the same formulas. They are very different actually.

Hack, leave poor fish and stoked alone to their lala land.

You do have a point Franklin but you're over playing your land. The difference is that you get pissy about it while I enjoy myself. Cheers.

So that is basically saying that we get more wide open threes than the league average and that we hit them at higher percentage than league average, right?

That's good to know. Thanks for the info

No, we get less wide open 3's than average, but we hit a higher % of them.

I posted it because Atlanta gets the most open 3's. How much does Teague factor into that and would he get us more open 3's if we traded for him.

Who are the absolute keepers?

Who are the absolute keepers?

Rudy is the only absolute keeper. We could replace anyone on this team but him. He is just too unique. I think it would be a lot harder to replace what Rudy does. Even though he's less talented than Hayward or Favors. Or anyone on the team really. He's also probably the coolest player on the team.
