What's new

GT: Goliath @ David Thursday Dec 8, Vivint Smart Home Arena 7:00 PM MT

Hood, Burks, Favors, and Hill all confirmed out tomorrow.

I think it was a mistake to bring back Hood so quickly from a hamstring injury. He showed signs that it wasn't healed in every game since he's been back. I've been waiting for him to tear it massively, and last night might have been pretty bad, although not massively obviously. I wouldn't be surprised if he's out a couple of weeks.

How much do we need to pay this guy to come out of retirement?

The injuries piss me off so bad.

At least I don't have a bunch of money riding on em this year.

The Clippers are playing like pansies against the Warriors tonight...already down by 20 in the 1st quarter. Looks like the GS starters should be well rested for the game against us.

I hope Favors and Hill are healthy and back in the lineup. I want a good, competitive game.

How do you think Favors would fare after being out so much? Honest question, for this single game, would we be more competitive with or without Favors, given our recent winning streak (minus Heat)? Obviously, we are a better team with Favors, but if he hasn't gotten into the swing of things yet maybe he won't be better for this game.

I don't see as much of a problem with Hill, because with Favors, our style of play has some pretty major changes. We don't change our style of play as much going from Mack to Hill.

Unless Favors has completely forgotten how to play basketball he would still be a better rebounder/defender than everyone not named Gobert.

Clear and "no **** sherlock" observation from watching the Clippers/Warriors game: We can't afford to turn the ball over if we want a chance at winning.

On the bright side, if Hayward has a great game and the Jazz without 3 starters somehow beat the fully healthy Warriors, it should guarantee him an all-star spot and give the rest of the team a huge confidence boost.

I kind of look at this as an opportunity game. Everything to gain with a win, but no expectations for one. The team should play loose.

Another one: If you're playing the Warriors you cannot leave the paint wide open when playing defense.

Clippers interior D really sucks...Deandre Jordan must be the most overrated defensive player in the NBA.

No, its just guarding them is hard. They have played good half court D.
