I find it hilarious people won't recognize what an inherent offensive advantage George has over Hayward in his team's composition.

Also hilarious how quickly people try to discredit Hayward at every ****ing turn.

Burks has a good game? He should be our lead scorer, Hayward sucks.

Favors has a great game? He is the face of the franchise, Hayward is #2.

An opposing player has a better game than Hayward? Oh, Hayward sucks he will never be that good, end of discussion.

Meanwhile Hayward is on a 5 game streak where he is averaging 24-5-3.5 and you would think he is chopped liver according to some posters on this site who are looking to denounce him at every turn. Same thing with Burke.

As one of Hayward's biggest supporters, I understand what you are saying regarding many of the posters on this board underrating him. I agree that Hayward has a few attributes that rival PG's, but without a doubt, PG is a superior player at this point in his career and probably for his entire career. That doesn't mean Hayward isn't really good.

I think George is having a better year. I think who is the better player is close enough that crowing either of them beyond a shadow of a doubt is foolish, especially when Hayward just showed he handled George in crunch time.

Without breaking down the details, PG has outplayed Hayward in nearly every category every year. Hayward may be slightly better with defense and passing, but overall, PG is much better and it is no contest. I love Hayward, and I am glad he is on this team (by far my favorite player), there is no doubt in my mind PG has been and is currently a better player.

You are being way too sensitive. George being called better than Hayward is not some horrible insult to Gordon.

I'm a big burks homer but if someone wants to say that some superstar all star from some other team is better than Burks I can totally live with that.

I know your motto is never back down, never give in, never open your mind to someone else opinion, dig your heels in until death, but damn bro

Paul George is a top 7-8 player and an early MVP candidate in this league. Only players who are clearly better than him are LBJ Curry AD and Durant. Comparing Hayward and George is pretty hilarious.
Hayward is a better fit.
He is way more unselfish. But these are different things when it comes to comparison

This is pretty much spot on PG is a first option on his team which is what they need right now, Hayward fits in with what we need

Sorry I can't bring up stats when I was at a gym on my cellphone.

Stats aren't the end all be all, I clearly acknowledged George is having a better statistical year. I'm sorry if that's the only thing you use to tell if a player is better or not. I see Hayward shutting down George at will and George crumbling and making bad decision in key moments of the game when he can't get a switch on our less than stellar defenders, Burke or Burks.

I don't care about having a "conversation", I just find it annoying when people bring up the "oh you disagree with everything because you disagree with me now" get out of here with that ****.
