What's new

GT: Miami @ Utah. 7 pm MT

We really get no respect from any other fanbase. It sucks reading a hundred "did we just lose to the Utah Jazz??" posts on the opposing team's forums after each win. I really hope that we strike fear into their hearts once we're healthy.

If we lost to the Jazz we'd say the same thing

I think that will come next year after the Jazz make some noise this year. And the Jazz are healthy.

didn't see the game, but looks like lots of good things happened.

but hayward's 8 turnovers and 4-10 free throws look kinda bad though. did it seem bad in the game, or is it just me nitpicking at the box score?

Some of the turnovers were pretty bad, but the heat put a lot of attention on him the whole game. I wouldn't nitpick on that. He really struggled from the free throw line, he could have had a new career high.

Neto played really good, making good decisions and passes, and defended amazing. It's crazy how much better the team plays with Gobert out there, it's a lot more fun to watch too. Hayward was elite in this game, not complaints. Chris Johnson made some mistakes, but great game for him. 2nd leading scorer tonight.

To the me the key was the focused intensity we brought to the defensive end and on the boards. Our rotations were pretty good. Also Lyles, Neto and Withey have played enough with Hayward to start to have some chemistry.

This is what will make this squad great. We may not have "that" guy, but we have the capability to make all "those" guys fear us.

Heat fans hate

"Who the hell is Ingles!?"
"Getting killed by a guy named Joe Ingles....now I've seen it all."
"Gobert is slightly more mechanically sound in his defense, but damn Hassan is easily more talented. If they both play to their potential, you gotta go with Hassan 10/10."

Hahahahaha, I'd never pick Whiteside over Gobert. Never, ever.

Me neither. Whiteside is a better scorer, but I still don't think he impacts the game as much as Rudy. It's pretty obvious. Gobert is younger too.

Tony Jones just tweeted that Hood said he will "try" to play tomorrow night.

It's not even close. Gobert has a much bigger impact on the game. Whiteside is better on O but Gobert is the better player.

Do 8 turnovers and 40% FT shooting ever look good?
