Hood's Injury

Hopefully there will be a harrowing, grizzly surgery... and they will discover the homunculus living inside his body that causes him to be so streaky.

**A miniature cj miles emerges from behind the patella, wildly swinging a horrible rap mix tape at everyone in the room.**

Now Burks gets his chance to mesh with the team so come playoff time when everyone is healthy, we'll have good chemistry all around.

This was it all along. All these injuries weren't bad luck but a lesson of faith from Zordon himself that allowed each one of our perfect individual snowflake rangers to flourish at different moments so when the time was right they would combine to create the ultimate final form of Megazord.

Blessed art thou Zordan. Amen.

Good scenario:
A hyperextended knee occurs when your knee is pushed past its normal range of motion from a straightened position. It is bent too far back in the wrong direction. Mild knee hyperextension may feel sore and uncomfortable and can typically heal with rest in 2-4 weeks.

Bad Scenario:
For sever knee hyperextensions with additional injuries such as a meniscus tear and ligament tear (acl, pcl, mcl), it will be necessary to have surgery. The rehab process for a sever hyperextended knee with a torn ligament will take 6-9 months of rehabilitation.

Get well soon without forcing anything Rodney. The Jazz need those ice veins during the post season.

^^^ Check out Mejri's reaction after the shot!! I didn't even realize it before lol

I'm glad Burks played well in that game. He was awesome in his limited time, I hope he's ready for some extended minutes.

Damn... I was out partying last night and missed the game... did someone post the video of the injury in this thread???

BTW yet another injury that Harrison Barnes could've filled in for (admirably)..

Looks like we could've penciled him in for 50 starts with the way ****s going........

I'm not gonna keep carrying on about Barnes a la Aminu (who in fairness was a FA for consecutive summers) but this is pretty much the straw that broke the camels back --- No??

Time to get over it. Even had we drafted him he probably wouldn't still be here. And if he was other would not be.

Can you elaborate please! I missed the game.
He was passing (made the play of the game on a pass) He was attacking, and getting to the FT line. And even his defense was pretty good, one of the few not just letting Payton go right around him. As a guy who has not been a Burks fan I was very encouraged and impressed by his play last night.

Not crying over spilled milk. I'm over it and considering tons of options, even ones years ahead of time (see the 2020 draftee's thread..) I've pointed out Markis MacDuffie So. at Wichita St. who's not a lottery talent but still reminds me a lot of Barnes.....

The posters here who wrote all sorts of sideways cockamamie BS about Barnes (and plenty of personal shots at me)deserve to get their feet held to the fire a bit...

There's lessons to be learned here about scapegoats and striking while the iron is hot.................. So I'm not apt to drop it and pretend like that **** didn't happen.

@Cunninglynguist-- Just read thru the thread this clown made and you'll understand why..

Some posters here went out of their way to choose that fight to pick with me, It was being brought up in most of the threads I was posting about as some qualifier like "This guy doesn't know what he's talking about -- He thinks we should sign Harrison BarnesLOL" like some weak *** character assassination ****, and they were ****ing wrong, and I did my best trying to forewarn them about them that at the time(using Logic and Reason..) -- I told these fools I wouldn't be fighting you about this ****, like this, if I wasn't certain...

I think PGAB hides this picture of Harrison Barnes inside an issue of Playboy so his dad doesnt ask questions.

Jazz seem to be doing just fine without harrison barnes and his huge contract. Dallas on the other hand......
