It's pretty easy to substantiate the Grant Jarrett Claim, the D-league one I could substantiate that the purchase price is supposed to be low 7 figure, but I couldn't find anything about what the cash flow situation is.
$2 mill is not a huge amount for the Jazz relatively, but it's enough to say they are not trying to do the bare minimum. I would have to believe that there is a plan for the cap space. It wasn't that long ago the Jazz were willing to pay the luxury tax.
I would not want them to take on anything long term at this point unless it was a player better than Burks, Burke, Hood, Gobert, Hayward or Favors.
