If Ben simmons is in the Jazz team

Jazz are 100/1 for next season... Started last season 50/1. Maybe the bookies know something we don't about out free agents.

I think they know no one is going to bet 50/1 odds on Utah since most of the NBA world is dumb so they make the odds more attractive to gamblers.

one serious question for Quin Snyder supporters :

Do you think Ben Simmons would be a starter for the Jazz in his first 2 or 3 nba seasons if he is playing for jazz ?
My answer is no. Ben has a few deficiencies like Dante and that would be enough for Snyder to bench him. Imagine Neto and Mack ahead of simmons in the pecking order. LMAO

I remember some Mack and Neto supporters here criticised Dante for his deficiencies of jump shot, 3 point shooting and occasional bad defense and turning over the balls ( for example cy ) . Well, Ben Simmons has exactly the same weaknesses so many jazz fans would also lambasted Simmons as well.

I like Dante. But the analogy to Simmons is just awful.

Ben Simmons would be the best player on the Jazz from the second we 'hypothetically' get him. No exceptions.

Now you've gone waaaaaaay to far.

If you said "Ben Simmons may evolve into a player that is better than any Jazz player (Rudy, Gordon)" we could take that seriously.

Dude, you know Ben Simmons would play the 4 spot, right? Even in Philly while they will call him a PG, they will be playing him next to Embiid and 3 other wings/guards. In Utah he would probably play with Gobert/Hayward/Hood/Hill. Please, relax and think. I think the vegemite is cloudy your judgement.

Ben Simmons has better point guard skills than 95% of nba guards ~ dribbling, court vision, passing etc. His preferred position is point guard, not power forward. Philly want to use him as a point guard, Ben wants to play as a point guard. End of discussion.

So you think Simmons is going to guard PG's?

“I think he can (defend point guards),” Brown told Camerato. “Like anything, will time prove me right or wrong, but that will be the plan. I intend on making him like what we would know to be a legitimate point guard, and we’re going to try him defending other point guards.”

Ben Simmons completely checked out during his one-and-only season at LSU. Dude just went through the motions, biding his time until draft day. He doesn't have the work ethic, nor is he the type of teammate I would want.

ETA I say this as someone who went to LSU.

blame his teammates who did not give him much support and Ben had to carry the team for the whole season。

Does any Aussie player ever do anything wrong? Do they ever have to take responsibility for anything that goes wrong with their teams/development/etc.? Simmons quitting is his teammates fault, Exum's ballhandling and shooting not developing one iota for 3 years in the league is Quin's fault... Ingles being awesome of course has nothing to do with the coaching staff... it's all his Aussie awesomeness.

Reading utahjazzz's ridiculous posts, I wonder if he's a troll or a kid. I suspect it's the latter.

Ehh, I dont blame Ben Simmons for the LSU thing. College sports are a farce and he treated it as such, so I cant knock him too much. He looked great in SL, very interesting player, but he isnt a good player yet. He is an experiment that I'm excited for, but I dont think he is close to a top 50 player the moment he starts his rookie year. Maybe by his 3rd year.

Reading his posts and looking at the syntax I don't think he's that young, likely a troll and probably an American one judging by the time he posts at, its 530 in the morning here. He is right tho, i do enjoy insulting some people.
