I've also found the information at mercola.com to be very helpful. Everything I discovered was compiled there.
 
I've found in my adventure of losing 80lbs that High intensity interval training was the way to go. I always felt like a mil bucks after, not high stress and you can do it in numerous ways. Only tallies about 20m.
I did it with lap swimming and basketball.
Also nutrition goes hand in hand, or else it's like you're peddling backwards.

If you are body building while trying to shred fat your weight will fluctuate. a lot.
Yeah I also did interval training when I lost 20lbs ... it was just on the treadmill though.. I just program it to go really fast 2 min. then walking pace for 2 min. Alternate for 30 min. Then 10 min. of weight training straight after. That seem to have done the trick for me...


But you lost 80lbs?? OH MY GOD... That's awesome bro!!!!
