It might be hard to some to admit that they're wrong... It's okay, we all make mistakes children.
But the global warming alarmists are wrong.

Much of Northern Europe, including Britain, is suffering under the coldest winter and spring of the last 30 to 100 years. The Northeastern part of the United States has had a record cold March. The record cold in Europe has killed thousands and cost billions.
It was not supposed to be this way.

One of the world’s foremost experts on climate change, professor Roger Pielke Jr. of the University of Colorado at Boulder, recently wrote: “Flooding has not increased over the past century, nor have landfalling hurricanes. Remarkably, the U.S. is currently experiencing the longest-ever recorded period with no strikes of a Category 3 or stronger hurricane.”
Ooops. Is that supposed to happen global warming alarmists? Here we are, suffering from colder winters, record cold, killing thousands and costing billions. Severe weather? Not exactly happening. The US is actually experiencing less severe hurricanes! Is that supposed to happen if the ocean's temperatures are increasing?
Btw, how much has the global temperature increased in the past 15 years? Anyone want to take a stab at it? The answer might surprise you.
The United Kingdom's Met Office has been a major source of global temperature data in recent decades, and has been heavily relied upon by global-warming proponents. On March 12, a report written by David Whitehouse and published by the Global Warming Policy Foundation concluded that “there has been no statistically significant increase in annual global temperatures since 1997.”
Waahhhh? Since 1997? But but but... I thought that the global temperature was supposed to increase? I thought we were getting warmer???!!!
We know that some level of CO2 is necessary for life, but we do not know the optimum level. The higher the level, the more rapidly plants grow, and the cheaper food becomes. It is just as plausible to say that there is too little CO2 in the atmosphere as that there is too much to maximize human well-being.
It's fine. More CO2 can be a good thing.
Besides, why should the American economy suffer and be stifled with new regulations as long as Asia and S. America keep rolling with the status quo? Do we really want our economy in the toilet? Do we really prefer to help out those 3rd world countries? How much longer will we remain economically successful? Pretty soon, them 3rd world countries will be 1st world while we're seen as 3rd world. Do we really want that for our children and grandchildren?
Finally, anyone here remember high school? When the big smart *** rich cool football player would crack stupid jokes and everyone would laugh at them because he was popular and no one wanted to make an enemy of him? It's basically the same thing with the global heating debate.
You have a few "popular" and "cool" and "well funded" scientists. They come up with ridiculous claims. Like... THE EARTH IS WARMING EVERYONE RUN! And... Everyone rolls with them. Peer review? Ha, consists of kissing *** and wanting to sit next to that football player err scientists at lunch. No one wants to disagree w/these well funded scientists because you'll instantly be labeled, "Anti-environment" "oil puppet" or "religious."
IMO, the global warming alarmists had their day in the sun (pun intended) and now it's over. Now we can get to real science and real issues. The earth isn't heating up. And we shouldn't worry about it. innovation will come, with time. I don't remember government regulation forcing us to move from the horse/buggie to car and train. Likewise, we don't need government regulation to force us from the car to bike or some car without guts to pass anybody.
