What's new

It has begun...

Our own pick could very well be #20+, may be we could take a punt on Marshall/Kobongo, etc? They could turn into a Ty Lawson/Buboise perhaps?

It is virtually impossible (unless you think GS has a shot of making the playoffs) that we'll be drafting outside the lottery this year.

I think it is a very real possibility actually. GSW could very well end up with a top 7 so we would lose that pick. If Utah ends up in the playoffs (I think they will) then they are outside of the lottery and it may go to Minny depending on what number it is.

I think you misread Margo's post.

Just did it one, jazz got jeremy lamb with the 9th pick. I would be very satisfied, though Id prefer Quincy.

What I was trying to say that is if we do end up with a 1st round pick it will almost assuredly be a lottery pick. There's virtually no way that we will get a pick between 15 and 30 as Hotttnickkk suggested earlier

Oh ok. Yeah I totally missed that. Twice lol. That Gojazz79 guy is a maroon.

Neither Patric Young nor Tyler Zeller should be included ahead of Miller.

edit: Meyers Leonard either.

tried 15 times - 2 Cody Zeller of Indiana, 3 Golden State moved into the top 3 and kept it, 10 times we got Lamb

If Jazz somehow move up to 3 and pick Barnes then I'm going Tannerite on some old toilets, tv's, etc. in the mountains for a few days.
Anyone but Harrison Barnes.

Hypothetically, if you had the 3rd pick and assuming Davis and Drummond are off the board, you are taking?

Strange this this year that there doesn't seem to be a lottery pick that will come from overseas. This means there will be plenty of info on all top 15 picks, and likely no dark horses that could jump up the draft because of a few grainy videos from 4 years ago.

True. I'm glad.

I'm so confused at how GS can look at these mock drafts and go for wins...this draft is loaded

I keep getting Lamb :(

UConn goes from ranked #4 in the nation to a bubble team. Very good chance they don't play in March. Unbelievable.

Tonight, with 3 minutes left in the game, UConn has 41 points and JLamb has taken 17 shots .. making 4 and 2 of 10 from three. His perimeter shooting went from 47% to 36% in the past 12 games.

MKG........seriously. You can can bookmark this and call me all kinds of sweet names in 3 years if I'm wrong, but he will be the better player out of he and Barnes. Barnes does one thing and one thing only......and a VERY average athlete to boot. I've been saying that for 12 months. ;)
