Jazz 2017/18 Playoff Bus! All Aboard!

God damn that’s brutal. Denver could lose each and every one of those games. Not a single tank team on their schedule. Very team they play is in the playoffs or a contender to be in.

Clippers only play 2 non playoff teams.
Just brutal finishes for those teams. Plus we are better than them regardless of schedule.
We got this.

Yep. That's exactly why I've been saying that Denver is done for the last few weeks. I don't know why some people are scared of them. They've been fairly easy to predict all year. Their lack of defense, their bad road record and their difficult schedule to close the year is going to prevent them from making the playoffs.

Yeah, but I remember another team that had a bad road record -- worst in the league, actually.

Yeah but we had Rudy Gobert coming back from an injury. One of the most impactful players in the league. There is no Rudy Gobert coming to save Denver.

We also had a rookie running the show and Rubio who was struggling in his period of adjustment to the team. It was easy to see the Jazz turning things around once Gobert returned and everyone began to gel. We may not have expected a turn around THIS good, but it was easy to expect one. Most of Denver's key players have played together for years. Millsap returned and it didn't much for them. They aren't going to flip some switch. They are who they are.

yeah, Simmons with 1pt, 2reb, 4 asts so far. Lets see if he can lead his team to from behind win like DM does.

watching the way defenses play simmons has me shocked how the 76ers have the record they have, but then I remembered.....EAST.

also, having embiid is huge. Embiid gets the ball down low in the post and he goes to work. Very much like a LMA for the spurs, having a big guy like that in the post is insanely helpful. ALso they have quite a few outside shooters to help alleviate deficiencies in Ben's game.

They are a top 5 defense. That's why they have a good record, which Simmons is a lot of.

Simmons strength is that he is a great passer. Being that big, if he penetrates, teams have to collapse. With his height, he can pass out very easily.

Fultz is going to be good. He reminds me of Deron Williams with a little more athleticism.
