I think that's where we'd want 3 or more teams tied because that's when our stellar conference record would kick into play. I think we'd actually draw the Spurs if they won out.

But I don't know for sure. Wish there was a simulator that would let you check who wins and loses to know for sure.

Current CBA goes by overall head to head record between 3 tied teams. If still tied then look at conference record. If it is a 2 way tie you go to conference record.
