Jazz 2017/18 Playoff Bus! All Aboard!

LOL, grizz aren't going to beat the thunder, so you can toss that scenario out the window.
We're running all the scenarios for what wins losses mean to the Jazz, What's that picture look like for the Thunder? How important in the Grizz game for them? Do they want to face the Jazz in the first round (no one does)?

OMG MY HEAD HURTS FROM READING THESE!!
In case you don't want to follow the stream of consciousness above --here are the possible playoff scenarios

(Assuming that OKC beats Memphis for all of the scenarios below)

If we win out, we play OKC as the 3 vs. the 6
If we go 1-1 (doesn't matter which one), we play OKC as the 5 vs. the 4
If we go 0-2 we play the Blazers as the 6 vs the 3 IF (i) Denver beats Minnesota or (ii) Minnesota beats Denver AND Pelicans beat Spurs
Alternatively, if we go 0-2 we play the Warriors as the 7 vs the 2 if (i) Minnesota beats Denver and (ii) Spurs beat the Pelicans.

Does that make sense?

I think we could lose to Golden State, beat Portland and still end up with the 3rd seed. There'd be 4 teams tied at 48 wins, and the Jazz would have the best conference record. Jazz would be 3rd, Blazers 4th and Thunder either 5th or 6th.

That would be good for us. If the Pels beat the Spurs, we'd get the Pels in our 3/6 matchup

So sit everyone against GSW. Fly Mitchell, Gobert, Rubio, Favs and Ingles over to Portland tonight

If we win tomorrow, we are getting OKC 100%. And I don't think that’s a better matchup for us vice a Curry-less GSW

According to Locke, if we win one or both games, then we play OKC. Only way we end up playing someone else is if we lose both games. So it's highly likely the Jazz face OKC in the first round. I look forward to it. They don't worry me any more than any other team in the 3-9 pack.

If we win tomorrow, we play OKC. Regardless of the outcome in POR

Are you a programmer?

We lost to them when we were playing the worst basketball and they were pretty close.

believe in Jazz
One was close. The two others were a 30 points loss and a 14 point loss.

But you right, all 3 losses were in December, two of them being without Gobert and one without Mitchell.

game1:
we won 1 grind out game at home with gobert in.

game2:
the second one we straight up **** choked and couldn't get a defensive rebound to save our life.

game3:
we straight up got destroyed, no mitchell, no gobert. Joe Johnson was a started. .

game4:
no gobert again, but we didn't look for good either way. Rubio was playing like ***.

so....okc does worry me, but I think we can pull it off, WITH home court. Without homecourt I think we're boned. The fire power okc possesses and playoff experience, it's going to be tough.

Just for kicks and giggles what happens if OKC loses to Memphis....? Somebody more willing to do the work than me would have to figure that out.

It would be very, very good for us. Absolutely no one thought the Grizzlies would beat the Wolves the other night, so it's not over yet.

Big difference between playing OKC with HCA and without it. If we win our last two games, we have it, so that's what we need to pull for. I want us either winning our last two or losing both, because if we go 1-1, we're guaranteed to play OKC without HCA (assuming they beat Memphis).
