who?Back in '95, I was pissed off that the Jazz waived a 4-time All-Star, too. And a native Utahn, to boot.
Spurs have the toughest schedule in the West (probably NBA http://www.playoffstatus.com/nba/westernsosrg.html). They have 2 games left against teams that are below .500. Jazz could be 1 1/2 games behind them after tomorrow night with the tiebreaker. If Jazz do well to close out the season, I feel they are one of the teams Jazz are more likely to pass.Spurs might be hard to catch unless LA goes down again, but they have a tough schedule so I have hope.
Chambers? I remember when we signed him. I told my older brother who didn’t believe me at all. Was thinking we were getting the Chambers from a few years previous.Back in '95, I was pissed off that the Jazz waived a 4-time All-Star, too. And a native Utahn, to boot.

Had to look up to be sure he was an all-star. His all-star year he put up 7 points (not a typo) and 9 boards. Damn.Ah...1995. That year, the Jazz could trot out the lineup of Stockton-Hornacek-Malone-Chambers-Donaldson. All 5 were All-Stars at some point. Too bad the average age was about 35.

I like how that article references Wally Szczerbiak, saying “all he did was shoot threes. That’s it.” in a year that he only attempted 2.3 threes per game (while playing like 38 minutes).Terrible but not as bad as Yao who was voted in by fans in 2011 while posting 10pts and 5 reb. This list has Memo as Nr. 13 as well

Ah, Chambers. I had forgotten him. He graduated from my high school just a couple years after my younger brother. Lived in my neighborhood -- well, in the richer section -- after the NBA and even partnered with a co-worker to build a movie theatre. He sold his portion of the theatre and disappeared. I wonder what he is doing now?Chambers? I remember when we signed him. I told my older brother who didn’t believe me at all. Was thinking we were getting the Chambers from a few years previous.
