What's new

Jazz (31-25) vs Celtics (29-26) @EnergySolutionsArena 2/25/13 @7 PM (MT)

Prediction on what is changed?

What is the safest change? That's the change that will happen.

Then i guess no change at all. it stink having abunch of unmotivated starters who arnt even scarted to loose their starting job if the are non stop sucking.

Jazz just need to keep rotating fresh bodies on Garnett and Pierce and this should be a win. I really hope Carroll doesn't get yet another DNP - I could see him giving Pierce fits.
my prediciotn and i sure hope i'm worng is we get carrol and no burks today.
i think corbin wil give carorl 2 games(this one and the next) and then burks two after that.

barring "garbage minutes and foul trouble shenanigans" like last game

my prediction: Carroll starts from here on out. Burks keeps getting 20+ mpg, and Marvin sits unless we need defense on a bigger 3 man.

wait, we are talking about corbin here. disregard all of that. Burks will take a dumb shot, and get benched for like 9 straight games, and Carroll will not see much time the rest of the year...

......I remember the good old days....when the Jazz could go into Boston Garden and beat these clowns! Stockton and Malone feared no team! Even when Deron and Boozer were in their heyday, we could go into the Garden and beat them! Now, we can't even beat them on our home court! Pathetic!

4/5: Al, Millsap - 29 minutes each...Favors - 22 minutes...Kanter - 16 minutes
3: Carroll - 24 minutes, Marvin - 18 minutes, Hayward - 6 minutes
2: Foye - 22 minutes, Hayward - 22 minutes, Burks - 4 minutes
1: Tinsley - 24 minutes, Burks -24 minutes

This would be my ideal minutes' distribution. I'd actually like less for Al but that's not realistic.

I missed my first jazz game of the year on saturday (the clippers game) because i was in lava hot springs with my wife for our valentines day celebration so it seems like a long time since i have got to see my team play bball!
Im way excited for the game tonight, and i predict the jazz win 95-87

I like it for now... (ideally burks gets most of his minutes at the 2)

kanter needs more. kanter needs it all.

Doesn't Kevin Garnett scare Big Al?

Garnett was much more quiet in his younger days.

A throw back to Jazz & Celtic days gone by--

Really hoping there is a tweak to the starting lineup.

Unlikely. Ty will start Marvin again just to prove that the last game was fluke. Of course Marvin's been sucking for most of the season, but that analysis would require Ty to access his long term memory. Unfortunately, the shock of Sloan's sudden retirement caused Ty to suffer a stroke, which lobotomized that portion of his brain.

Tyrone Corbin tells Jazz radio that Earl Watson is starting tonight for Jamaal Tinsley

Corbin talks about DeMarre in second unit tonight playing with Hayward and Burks

Wow!! I think I just creamed my shorts. I take back every negative thing I said about Ty -- the man is a flipping genius!

Just a lead up to Mo coming back. Ty wants to make sure that the Second unit plays well with Tinsley. Watson will be benched when Mo returns.
