If Watson starting means our bench is Burks/Hayward/Carroll/Favors/Kanter, then I am all for it. With the intention of Mo Williams eventually replacing Watson.

It's kind of like being a freshman in high school, knowing you get to choose between the green jello with the fake whip, or the 5-day old chocolat pudding cup with a dark skin on top.

Tinsley > Watson ....even if they both score 0 points.
 
I think what is hilarious is how inept Corbin is. He has tweaked with the PG SG and SF spots trying to find a combination that helps start better.

Nothing has worked.

What hasn't he tweaked? Starting Al and Paul. That combo doesn't work statistically and it doesnt pass the eye test. What's Corbin's response? Herp derp, lets start Al And Paul every night. Bad start? Can't be them at all.

This team will never be a 4 seed or higher with this clown as our coach.
 
I'm gonna say I think we come out and play well. While Earl is worse than Tinsley he does bring more energy so I'm gonna say since we're at home we're gonna come out and start very well. The starters are embarrassed after what happened over the weekend I'm sure and I think they come out fired up. Can we do the same at the start of the 3rd? I doubt it and this line-up would be a disaster on the road.

Al and Paul are still 2 of the best (if not the best) players on the team so starting them is still okay in my book (not ideal). What makes zero sense is that of our current top 6 IMO players (Al, Paul, Gordon, Favors, Burks, Kanter) only 2 are starting!

I tried to rep you, but it said I like you too much, so I must spend time with a few others (is that a diversity thing?) before I can like you any more.

By the way: Which one is the green jello?
 
Wow!! Ty finally makes a change to the starting lineup, and of course its switching Tinsley for Watson. I couldn't help but lol on that because it's that stupid of a move thinking that will fix the problem.
 
Here is how I would run the rotations, just off the cuff....


1 Burks / Tinsley / Foye / Watson
2 Hayward / Burks / Foye
3 Carroll / Marvin / Millsap
4 Millsap / Favors / Kanter
5 Favors / Jefferson / Kanter

Al Jefferson comes in for Sap on the first sub-in. Tinsley comes in for either Burks or Hayward.

Note: Burks has hit 50% of his 3-pt attempts during the past 3 games, while Foye has hit 25%. Burks gets more rebounds, more assists, more steals and plays better defense.

At one point the Jazz got 14 straight wins over the Celtics. Now they've lost 4 straight and 5 of the last 6.

Tinsley is the one you like slightly better. Your choice.
 
If Foye was going to shoot, then he should of just shot the open 3 instead of shucking and jiving for 10 seconds.
